Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(I)의 벤조일구아니딘 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
    R(1) 또는 R(2)는 R(6) -S(0)n-또는이거나, R(1) 또는 R(2)는 H, F, C1, Br, I, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, 비치환되거나 불소, 염소, 메틸 또는 메톡시 그룹으로 부터의 치환체를 1 내지 3개 갖는 페녹시 R(6)-[여기서, R6은 비치환되거나 불소, 염소, 메틸 또는 메톡시 그룹으로부터의 치환체를 1내지 3개를 갖는 C1-C4-알킬, C5-C7-사이클로알킬, 사이클로펜틸메틸, 사이클로헥실메틸 또는 페닐이고, R(7) 및 R(8)은 동일하거나 상이하며, M 또는 C1-C4-알킬이거나, R(7)은 페닐-(CH2)m-(여기서, m은 1내지 4이다)이거나, 비치환되거나 불소, 염소, 메틸 또는 메톡시 그룹으로부터의 치환체를 1 내지 3개 갖는 페닐이고, R(7) 및 R(8)은 모두 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 C4-C7쇄일 수 있고, 쇄는 0,S 또는 NR(9)[여기서, R(9)는 N 또는 메틸이다)에 의해 부수적으로 차단될 수 있고, R(7) 및 R(8)은 결합된 질소원자와 함께 디하이드로인돌, 테트라하이드로인돌 또는 테트라하이드로이소퀴놀린환을 수 있다이고 R(3), R(4) 및 R(5)는 수소 또는 C1-C2-알킬이고, R(3)과 R(4)는 함께(C2-C4)-알킬런쇄를 형성하거나 R(4)과 R(5)는 함께 (C4-C7)-알킬렌 쇄를 형성할 수 있으며, n은 0, 1 또는 2이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R(1)이 불소, 염소, NR(7) R(8), R(6)-S(O)n-또는 페녹시이고 R(2)가 R(6)-S(O)n-및 R(7), R(8), N-SO2[여기서, n은 0,1 또는 2이다]이고 R(3), R(4) 및 R(5)는 수소이며 R(6), R(7) 및 R(8)은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R(1)이 R(7) R(8) N-또는 R(6)-S(0)n-[여기서, R(6)은 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬 또는 페닐이고, n은 0이며, R(7) 및 R(8)은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 수소 또는 알킬이거나, 함께(C4-C7)-메틸렌쇄를 형성한다]이고, R(2) CH3-SO2-또는 H2N-SO2-이며 R(3), R(4) 및 R(5)는 수소인 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 3-메틸설포닐-4-(1-피페리디닐) 벤조일구아니딘, 4-페닐티오-3-서파모일벤조일구아니딘 또는 3-메틸설포닐-4-페닐티오벤조일구아니딘을 포함하는 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
  5. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 구아니딘 유도체와 반응시킴을 포함함을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R(1) 내지 R(5)는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, X는 친핵제에 의해 쉽게 치환될 수 있는 이탈그룹이다.
  6. 부정맥중 치료용 약제를 생산하기 위한, 일반식(I)의 화합물의 용도.
  7. 통상적인 첨가제를 제1항에서 청구한 일반식(I)의 화합물 유효량에 가하고 적절한 형태로 투여하여 부정맥증을 치료하는 방법.
  8. 심부정맥증을 치료 또는 예방하기 위한 일반식(I)의 화합물의 용도.
  9. 협심증을 치료 또는 예방하기 위한 일반식(I)의 화합물의 용도.
  10. 심장의 허혈상태를 치료 또는 예방하기 위한 일반식(I)의 화합물의 용도.
