본 발명을 실행하기 위하여 예상되는 최상의 형태를 도시한 도면에 있어서 : 제1도는 본 발명에서 구체화된 제지 프레스 펠트의 한 형태의 전개 사시도이며; 제2도는 제1도를 수정한 전개 사시도이며; 제3도는 제1도를 다르게 수정한 전개 사시도이다.

Claims (20)

  1. 각 야안 어셈블리내의 실의 배열층, 인접한 어셈블리내의 실의 배열층에 대해 비평행 또는 교차하는 상태로 배열된 한 야안 어셈블리내의 실의 배열층을 지지하는 최소한 하나의 섬유질 베트재료의 층 및 서로에 대해서 평행하게 배치된 다수의 실들로 정의되는 실의 배열층을 포함하는 다수의 직물재료의 층으로 구성되며, 어셈블리 사이에 뻗어있는 분리형 실결합수단을 상호 연결시키지 않고 함께 결합되며 서로에 대해서 평행한 상태로 근접하게 걸쳐서 배치된 다수의 부직포 야안 어셈블리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최상측 야안 어셈블리의 실의 층내의 실은 미리 결정된 크기를 가지며, 상기 최상측 어셈블리 아래에 배치된 최소한 하나의 다른 야안 어셈블리의 실의 층내외 실은 최상측 야안 어셈블리의 실의 크기 보다 큰것을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 최상측 섬유질 베트층의 베트섬유는 미리 결정된 데니르를 가지며 상기 최상측 섬유질 베트층 아래에 배치된 최소한 하나의 다른 베트층의 베트섬유는 최상측 섬유질 베트층의 섬유의 데니르보다 큰 데니르를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 실배열내의 실의 층의 각 실은 인조섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스펠트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실은 합성 단섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실은 왕복되며, 꼬여지며, 짜여지는 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 실배열의 층의 각 실은 폴리에스터, 폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀, 비닐클로라이드의 폴리머,폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리우레탄, 코튼, 레이욘 및 울등으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 섬유질 베트층이 근접한 야안 어셈블리들 사이에 배치되며 그 때문에 완충작용을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 야안 어셈블리의 하나의 실배열의 층은 인접한 야안 어셈블리의 실배열의 층에 대해서 비결합상태로 근접하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 실배열에 부착되지 않은 섬유질 베트층은 다른 섬유질 베트층에 근접하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 벨트.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 인접한 야안 어셈블리의 실배열의 층에 대한 상기 한 야안 어셈블리의 실배열의 층의 비평행관계는 서로 직각으로 야안 어셈블리를 배치하는 것으로 정의됨을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 벨트.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 섬유질 베트층이 폴레에스터, 폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀, 비닐클로라이드의폴리머, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리우레탄, 코튼, 레인욘 및 울등으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 재료로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유질 베트층내의 섬유는 1.5-60데니르 범위의 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단,부직포 프레스 펠트.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유질 베트층내의 섬유의 스테이플 길이는 2인치에서 6인치의 범위임을 특징으로 하는무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유질 베트층은 니이들링, 또는 수지재료로서 점착함에 의해 야안 어셈블리와 함께 유니트를 형성하기 위해 근접한 야안 어셈블리에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 약간의 섬유베트층은 야안 어셈블리와 결합되기 전에 프리니들됨을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 야안 어셈블리는 직포재료로 구성된 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 중간 야안 어셈블리는 실배열의 실의 크기가 최상부 야안 어셈블리의 실의 크기보다는 크지만 다른 야안 어셈블리의 실의 크기보다는 작으며, 상기 실 크기의 성층화로 인하여 그를 이용하는 펠트를 통하는 수분을 더욱 효과적으로 짜낼 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 섬유베트층은 펠트의 바닥층을 형성하며 비압축성이며, 딱딱하며, 중합수지피복으로 처리되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 다른 섬유베트층은 펠트의 최상층을 형성하며 그곳에 응용된 비교적 부드러운 중합완충피복을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단, 부직포 프레스 펠트.
