제2A도 및 제2B도는 2층 라미네이트를 본 발명에 따른 수압식 엉킴처리하여 형성한 웹 재료의 각 대향면의 현미경 사진임(각각 78X 및 77X의 배율임).
제3A도 및 제3B도는 3층 라미네이트를 본 발명에 따른 수압식 엉킴처리하여 형성한 다른 제품의 각 대향면의 현미경 사진임(각각 73X 및 65X배율임).
제2C도는 제3B도와 동일한 제품의 동일한 면을 더 고배율(110X배율)로 나타낸 것임.

Claims (50)

  1. 적어도(a)멜트블로운 섬유 층, 및(b)적어도 하나의 추가 층으로 되고, 멜트블로운 섬유 중 적어도 1충 및 추가 층 중 적어도 하나가 탄성체이어서 수압식 엉킨 혼성 재료가 탄성체이고, 수압식 엉킴에 의해 멜트블로운 층의 멜트블로운 섬유 및 적어도 하나의 추가 층의 재료가 엉키고, 맞엉킴으로 되는, 라미네이트를 수압식 엉킴 처리하여 형성한 혼성 부직포 탄성 웹 재료.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 추가 층에 펄프 섬유, 스테이프 섬유, 멜트블로운 섬유 및 연속 필라멘트 중 적어도 하나를 포함한 층이 포함되는, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 추가 층에 펄프 섬유, 스테이프 섬유 및 멜트블로운 섬유 중 적어도 하나를 포함한 층이 포함되는, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유 층이 멜트블로운 섬유의 탄성체 층인, 혼성 직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 라미네이트가 필수적으로 상기 탄성체 층과 적어도 하나의 추가 층으로 수성되는, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.

  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 층이 올이성긴 펄프 섬유, 올이 성긴 스테이플 섬유 또는 올이 성긴 멜트블로운 섬유 층인, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹재료.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 층이 목재펄프 섬유 층인 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 층이 종이 시트인, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  10. 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트가 적어도 하나의 펄프 섬유, 스테이플 섬유 및 멜트블로운 섬유 중 적어도 2개의 추가 층을 포함하고, 이러한 적어도 2개의 추가 층은 멜트블로운 섬유의 탄성체 중의 양면에 적어도 1층을 포함하여 탄성체 층이 그 사이에 끼이게 되는, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유의 탄성체 층을 사이에 둔 상기 적어도 2개의 추가 층이 종이 시트인 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유의 탄성체 층을 사이에 둔 상기 적어도 2개의 추가 층이 펄프 섬유층인, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹재료.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유의 탄성체 층을 사이에 둔 상기 적어도 2개의 추가 층이 스테이플 섬유 층인, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  14. 제13항에 있어서. 상기 스테이플 섬유가 폴리에스테르 스테이플 섬유인, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.

  18. 제17항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유의 탄성체 웹 섬유와 폴리프로필렌 멜트블로운 섬유의 웹 섬유를 웹 두 사이의 접촉면에서 섞이게 하여 두 웹의 라미네이션 방지를 피하는, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  19. 제 1항에 있어서, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료가 등방성 탄성을 갖는, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 탄성체 웹이 부드러운 표면을 갖는, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.
  21. 제 1항에 있어서, 탄성체 웹이 부드러운 표면을 갖는, 혼성 부직포 탄성체 웹 재료.

  36. 제35항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 층에 펄프섬유, 스테이플 섬유, 멜트블라운 섬유 및 연속 필라멘트 중 적어도 하나를 포함한 층을 포함시키는 방법.
  37. 제35항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의추가 층에 펄프섬유, 스테이플 섬유, 멜트블로운 섬유 중 적어도 하나를 포함한 층을 포함시키는 방법.
