Abstract

本发明公开了一种经、纬纱线不交织的多层底网造纸毛毯。它是在一机织织物的底网上的至少一侧针刺上纤维网而成。其中底网是在常规的双层织物组织或经双重织物组织的上、下层之间加入一纬纱线层作为中间层，并且必须采用可溶性纤维也纳纱线作为上层和下层织物组织的纬线，以及连接上层和下层部分经线的连接线。当所述底网被针刺后，再经水洗工序时，所用的可溶性纤维纱线被水解掉，于是最终的底网就变成为三层经、纬纱线不交织的底网。该三层无交织底网造纸毛毯透气性和透水性好，且非常平整，同时耐磨性强、压缩回弹性高，耐折皱。

所属技术领域
本发明及一种在造纸设备中使用的压榨毛毯。具体地是一种其经纬纱不交织的多层底网造纸压榨毛毯。
背景技术
在造纸过程中使用造纸压榨毛毯这在造纸界是早已公认的。由于在造纸制造过程中要使用大量的水，所以运载造纸材料的压榨毛毯必须要有较好的纸幅脱水性能、好的抗压实性能、抗堵塞性能、好的耐磨性能和好的压力微观均匀性。常规的压榨毛毯(包括叠层)都是采用常规的织物组织织造底网作为毛毯的基材，再经铺絮针刺而成。因织物结构的特性，经、纬纱必须沉浮，形成交织点，进而形成织物。然而，底网上凸起的经、纬线交织点对压榨毛毯的影响为：①因交织点的凸起而引起压区压力分布不均匀；②细小纤维和非纤维物质在交织点被截留，而堵塞压榨毛毯；③凸起的交织点，特别是凸起的纬浮点，容易造成毛毯磨损；④在制作多层叠层底网压榨毛毯时，相邻层的纱线是平行的，受压后，会出现上、下层的纱线互相嵌入，会大大降低毛毯的抗压实能力和脱水性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免上述现有技术中的不足之外，而提供一种透气性与透水性好、耐磨性强、压缩回弹性高、耐折皱的底网结构层都不交织的造纸压榨毛毯。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施来达到的：该造纸毛毯包括一机织织物组成的底网，和针刺在该底网的至少一侧的纤维网，其中所述的底网是在常规的双层织物组织或经双重织物组织的中间于上、下层之间加入一层与上、下层经线相垂直且与上、下层经线完全不相织的中间纬纱线层。该中间纬纱线层起到隔离和支撑上、下层经线的作用。必须同时还将上、下层织物组织的纬线全部改采用为可溶性纤维纱线；另外还必须采用相同的可溶性纤维纱线作为上、下层部分经线的连接线。其目的是在针刺前起到连接上、下层经线并稳定整个底网结构和均匀控制中间纬纱层的密度均匀作用。在针刺工序后，经后整理水洗工序时所采用的可溶性纤维纱线被水解掉，于是底网结构就成完全的三层经、纬纱线不交织状态。
本发明中所述的可溶性纤维纱线可以是细度为50-400d的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维(维纶纤维)长丝，或者是21-180支的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维(维纶纤维)纺制成的纱。
本发明中所述的中间纬纱线层所采用的纬线是Φ0.4-0.8mm的锦纶单丝或涤纶单丝。
本发明中所述的中间纬纱线层所采用的纬线也可以是Φ0.10-0.25的锦纶多股纱或Φ0.10-0.25的涤纶多股纱。
本发明相比现有技术的有益效果是：由于毛毯中的最终底网没有经纬纱凸起的交叉点，使毛毯非常平整，同时使加压微观均匀性更好；而且可有效地减少细小纤维和非细小纤维物质被截留于纱线交叉点处的可能性；对毛毯的磨损性能有所提高。另外毛毯在接触压榨辊面处的部分，没有纬纱存在，它大大提高了毛毯的耐磨性能。还有本发明相邻层的纱线完全垂直支撑，避免了常规的机织底网生产的叠层毛毯相邻层纱线互相嵌入的缺点，提高了毛毯的抗压实性和空隙容积的稳定性。

具体实施方式
本发明下面将结合附图和实施例作进一步详述：该毛毯的底网是由上层8、中间层9和下层10共三层机织织物组成。其中上层8由经线1和纬线3机织而成。同样下层10也是由经线2和纬线6机织而成。而且上层8和下层10所用的纬线2和纬线6都是100d的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维长丝。同时上层8和下层10的部分经线1和经线2还要用连接线4、7将它们连接起来，所用的连接线4、7也为100d的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维长丝。而在上层8和下层10之间的中间层9是以0.8mm锦纶单丝作为只有纬线5的纬纱线层；三层间的经线、纬线和连接线是按以下顺序编织的：首先将上层8的经线1和纬线3编织在一起，然后用连接线4把上层8的部分经线1与下层10的部分经线2连接起来。接着在中间层9加入一根纬线5，之后将下层10的经线2和纬线6编织在一起，然后又用连接线7把下层10的部分经线2与上层8的部分经线1连接起来。接着在中间层9又加一根伟线5。之后又返回到上层周而复始地这样编织下去，最终获得整个针织前的底网。然后在该底网的两侧针刺上纤维网。再经水洗工序时，上层和下层的纬线以及连接线都被水解掉，于是就获得三层经、纬纱线无交织底网造纸压榨毛毯。

Claims (4)

1.一种包含一机织织物组成的底网，并在该底网的至少一侧针刺有纤维网的三层无交织底网造纸压榨毛毯，其特征是所述的底网是在常规的双层织物组织或经双重织物组织的中间，于上层(8)和下层(10)之间加入一层与上层(8)和下层(10)的经线(1、2)相垂直，且与上层(8)和下层(10)的经线(1、2)完全不相织的中间纬纱线层(9)，同时还必须将上层(8)和下层(10)织物组织的纬线(3、6)全部改采用为可溶性纤维纱线，另外还必须采用相同的可溶性纤维纱线作为上层(8)和下层(10)的部分经线(1、2)的连接线(4、7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三层无交织底网造纸压榨毛毯，其特征是所述可溶性纤维纱线是细度为50-400d的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维长丝，或者是21-180支的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维纺制成的纱。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的三层无交织底网造纸压榨毛毯，其特征是所述的中间纬纱线层(9)所采用的纬线(5)是φ0.4-0.8mm的锦纶单丝或涤纶单丝。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的三层无交织底网造纸压榨毛毯，其特征是所述的中间纬纱线层(9)所采用纬线(5)是φ0.10-0.25的锦纶多股纱或φ0.10-0.25的涤纶多股纱。
