本发明公开了一种特色条痕毯，它由基布底网（1）、纤维芯层（2）、纤维表层（3）和纤维背层（4）组成，基布底网（1）的经线粗细相间或纬线粗细相间，粗线直径为细线直径的三～八倍，粗细相间的经线或纬线的编织密度为每10cm长度中含经线或纬线48～60根。本发明的有益效果是：采用了不同粗细的经线或纬线，使得不同直径的经线或纬线对应的纸张区域的压力和水流阻力不同，进而使加工的成纸上自然的形成了规律性的特色条痕，满足了人们对表面具有特色条痕的包装纸、表面贴纸等的需求；且采用不同粗细的经线或纬线，使毛毯空隙空间相比现有技术得以增大，水分渗透性能好，毛毯蓄水能力增强，毛毯脱水效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸用纺织产品技术领域，特别是一种特色条痕毯。
背景技术
造纸毛毯是用于造纸机压榨部的特种纺织品，主要是脱水，支撑纸页，修饰纸页等作用，其中脱水是关键功能，并且具有随着使用时间延续而会发生变化等特点。现有造纸毛毯基布在高线压条件下反复压榨，易产生基布相互嵌入，从而堵塞了空隙，大大影响了造纸毛毯透水性能，进而缩短造纸毛毯的使用寿命。
且现有造纸毛毯均用于制造表面平整细腻的纸品，不能生产表面具有特色条痕的包装纸、表面贴纸等，不能满足人们对此类纸品的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种脱水性能好、能够在成纸表面加工出特色条纹的造纸毛毯。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种特色条痕毯，它由基布底网、纤维芯层、纤维表层和纤维背层组成，基布底网的下面为纤维背层，基布底网的上面为纤维芯层，纤维芯层的上面为纤维表层，基布底网的经线粗细相间或纬线粗细相间，粗线直径为细线直径的三～八倍，粗细相间的经线或纬线的编织密度为每10cm长度中含经线或纬线48～60根。
所述的基布底网的经线和纬线为具有弹性的仿毛纱线，基布底网按缎纹编织构成。
所述的基布底网为多层基布结构，其包括间隔设置的径向基布和纬向基布，径向基布的经线为粗细相间的仿毛纱线，纬线为可溶性纤维；纬向基布的纬线为粗细相间的仿毛纱线，经线为可溶性纤维。
所述的纤维背层和纤维芯层的纤维为20～30D尼龙短纤维，纤维表层的纤维为10～20D尼龙短纤维。
本发明具有以下优点：
本发明采用了不同粗细的经线或纬线，使得不同直径的经线或纬线对应的纸张区域的压力和水流阻力不同，进而使加工的成纸上自然的形成了规律性的特色条痕，满足了人们对表面具有特色条痕的包装纸、表面贴纸等的需求；且采用不同粗细的经线或纬线，使毛毯空隙空间相比现有技术得以增大，水分渗透性能好，毛毯蓄水能力增强，毛毯脱水效果好；采用不同粗细的经纬线，粗线良好的刚性起到了支撑作用，粗线承受主要压力，并且有良好的回复性能，延长了使用寿命。

下面结合实施例及附图对本发明做进一步的描述：
实施例1
如图1所示，一种特色条痕毯，它由基布底网1、纤维芯层2、纤维表层3和纤维背层4组成，基布底网1的下面为纤维背层4，基布底网1的上面为纤维芯层2，纤维芯层2的上面为纤维表层3，基布底网1的经线由粗经线和细经线组成，且粗经线和细经线为相互间隔设置，细经线的直径为0.55mm，粗经线直径为2.8mm，基布底网1的纬线直径为0.44mm，粗细相间的经线的编织密度为每10cm长度中含经线或纬线60根。
所述的基布底网1的经线和纬线为具有弹性的仿毛纱线，基布底网1按缎纹编织构成。
所述的纤维背层4和纤维芯层2的纤维为20～30D尼龙短纤维，纤维表层3的纤维为10～20D尼龙短纤维。
实施例2
如图2所示，一种特色条痕毯，它由基布底网1、纤维芯层2、纤维表层3和纤维背层4组成，基布底网1的下面为纤维背层4，基布底网1的上面为纤维芯层2，纤维芯层2的上面为纤维表层3，基布底网1的经线粗细相间或纬线粗细相间，粗线直径为3mm，细线直径为1mm，粗细相间的经线或纬线的编织密度为每10cm长度中含经线或纬线50根。
所述的基布底网1为多层基布结构，其包括间隔设置的径向基布5和纬向基布6，径向基布5的经线为粗细相间的仿毛纱线，纬线为可溶性纤维；纬向基布6的纬线为粗细相间的仿毛纱线，经线为可溶性纤维。
所述的纤维背层4和纤维芯层2的纤维为20～30D尼龙短纤维，纤维表层3的纤维为10～20D尼龙短纤维。
实施例3
如图1所示，一种特色条痕毯，它由基布底网1、纤维芯层2、纤维表层3和纤维背层4组成，基布底网1的下面为纤维背层4，基布底网1的上面为纤维芯层2，纤维芯层2的上面为纤维表层3，基布底网1的纬线由粗纬线和细纬线组成，且粗纬线和细纬线为相互间隔设置，细纬线的直径为0.46mm，粗纬线直径为3.7mm，基布底网1的经线直径为0.46mm，粗细相间的纬线的编织密度为每10cm长度中含经线或纬线48根。
所述的基布底网1的经线和纬线为具有弹性的仿毛纱线，基布底网1按缎纹编织构成。
所述的纤维背层4和纤维芯层2的纤维为20～30D尼龙短纤维，纤维表层3的纤维为10～20D尼龙短纤维。
本发明通过采用不同粗细的经线或纬线，使得不同直径的经线或纬线对应的纸张区域的压力和水流阻力不同，进而使加工的成纸上自然的形成了规律性的特色条痕，满足了人们对表面具有特色条痕的包装纸、表面贴纸等的需求；且粗细相间的经线或纬线采用具有弹性且柔软性好的仿毛纱线编织形成基布，此基布经受重压有良好的回复性能，所以保持基布的高孔隙率，确保基布持久透水率。

1.一种特色条痕毯，其特征在于：它由基布底网（1）、纤维芯层（2）、纤维表层（3）和纤维背层（4）组成，基布底网（1）的下面为纤维背层（4），基布底网（1）的上面为纤维芯层（2），纤维芯层（2）的上面为纤维表层（3），基布底网（1）的经线粗细相间或纬线粗细相间，粗线直径为细线直径的三～八倍，粗细相间的经线或纬线的编织密度为每10cm长度中含经线或纬线48～60根；
所述的基布底网（1）的经线和纬线为具有弹性的仿毛纱线，基布底网（1）按缎纹编织构成；
或所述的基布底网（1）为多层基布结构，其包括间隔设置的径向基布（5）和纬向基布（6），径向基布（5）的经线为粗细相间的仿毛纱线，纬线为可溶性纤维；纬向基布（6）的纬线为粗细相间的仿毛纱线，经线为可溶性纤维。
