本发明公开了一种高速生活用纸专用成形网及造纸设备,所述成形网包括成纸层、中间连接层和机器层,其中,所述成纸层由成纸层经线和成纸层纬线通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成;所述机器层由机器层经线和机器层纬线通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成。通过上述方式,本发明所提供的实施方式能够提高纸面纤维支撑指数。

一种高速生活用纸专用成形网及造纸设备
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸领域,特别是涉及一种高速生活用纸专用成形网及造纸设备。
背景技术
成形网是造纸机湿部重要的成形和脱水材料,高速生活用纸的造纸机对成形网有着特殊的要求。
高速生活用纸的造纸机网案短,要求成形网脱水快;同时因为生活用纸纸页薄、克重低,要求成形网纤维支撑指数高、成纸无网痕;另外要求生产的生活用纸柔软、蓬松。
本发明的发明人在长期研究过程中发现,现有的高速生活用纸专用成形网存在成纸面纤维支撑指数不高,造成生活用纸成品表面网痕明显、生活用纸的纤维和填料留着率低的缺点,不适应高车速生活用纸造纸机的需要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高速生活用纸专用成形网及造纸设备,能够提高纸面纤维支撑指数。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高速生活用纸专用成形网,包括成纸层、中间连接层和机器层,所述成纸层由成纸层经线和成纸层纬线通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成;所述机器层由机器层经线和机器层纬线通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种造纸设备,所述造纸设备包括上述实施例中的高速生活用纸专用成形网
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明所提供的高速生活用纸专用成形网为三层成形网,其中,成形网的成纸层由成纸层经线和成纸层纬线通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成,机器层由机器层经线和机器层纬线通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成;一方面成纸层采用4综缎纹编织法,使得该成形网的纤维支撑指数提高,网孔均匀、网面平滑,生活用纸的纤维和填料留着率提高,纸页成形均匀,纸页易从网上剥离,成纸更平整细腻,进而能够适应高车速生活用纸造纸机的需要;另一方面,机器层采用4综缎纹编织法,能够使成形网的耐磨性提高,稳定性加强,进而能够适应高车速生活用纸造纸机的需要。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,图1为本发明高速生活用纸专用成形网一实施方式的结构示意图,该成形网包括成纸层10、中间连接层12和机器层14。
具体地,成纸层10由成纸层经线102和成纸层纬线100通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成;机器层14由机器层经线142和机器层纬线140通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成;4综缎纹编织表示任一束纬线与经线发生第二次交织时相隔的经线数为4,4综缎纹编织中经线和纬线的直径可以更细,从而使结构更加紧凑,经线密度和纬线密度进一步增大;当成纸层10采用4综缎纹编织法时,可以使该成形网的纤维支撑指数提高,网孔均匀、网面平滑,生活用纸的纤维和填料留着率提高,纸页成形均匀,纸页易从网上剥离,成纸更平整细腻,进而能够适应高车速生活用纸造纸机的需要;当机器层14采用4综缎纹编织法时,能够使成形网的耐磨性提高,稳定性加强,进而能够适应高车速生活用纸造纸机的需要。
中间连接层12包括成对的第一连接纬线120和第二连接纬线122,第一连接纬线120与成纸层经线102交织,第二连接纬线122与机器层经线142交织,进而将成纸层10与机器层14连接;在本实施例中,中间连接层12采用成对连接的方式,可以使成纸层12与机器层14连接更为牢固。
在一个实施例中,上述成形网包括多个最小组织单元,最小组织单元由16根经线和16根纬线构成;在一个应用场景中,成纸层经线102数量与机器层经线142数量之比为1:1,即在最小组织单元的16根经线中成纸层经线102与机器层经线142的数量均为8;在另一个应用场景中,成纸层纬线100数量与机器层纬线140数量之比为2:1,由于本实施例中中间连接层12为纬线,在造纸技术领域,三层成形网的中间连接层12成对排列的两根连接纬线相当于一根成纸层纬线,因此,在上述提及的成纸层纬线100与机器层纬线140的数量比中,成纸层纬线100的数量包含了中间连接层12的连接纬线的数量;当中间连接层12纬线数量占成形网的总纬线数量的1/2时,可以得出本身成纸层纬线数量、中间连接层纬线数量、机器层纬线数量比值为1:2:1。
在一个应用场景中,上述成形网可由16片综框将聚酯单丝或尼龙单丝交织而成;其中,成纸层经线102直径为0.12-0.13mm,例如0.12mm、0.125mm、0.13mm等;成纸层纬线100直径为0.11-0.15mm,例如0.11mm、0.12mm、0.13mm、0.15mm等;机器层经线142直径为0.12-0.13mm,例如0.12mm、0.125mm、0.13mm等;机器层纬线140直径为0.25-0.27mm,例如0.25mm、0.26mm、0.27mm等;中间连接层12的纬线直径为0.11-0.13mm,例如0.11mm、0.12mm、0.13mm等;其中,可选地,成纸层经线102直径与机器层经线142直径相同;上述制备所得的成形网的经线密度为75-77根/cm,例如75根/cm、76根/cm、77根/cm;成形网的纬线密度为68-70根/cm,例如68根/cm、69根/cm、70根/cm。
请参阅图2,图2为本发明造纸设备一实施方式的结构示意图,该造纸设备包括上述任一实施例中的高速生活用纸专用成形网20;在一个应用场景中,利用上述成形网20的卫生纸造纸机可以适应1500-2000米/分钟的高速运转。
下面将结合两个具体的实施例对本发明的高速生活用纸专用成形网作进一步描述。下列两个实施例均是采用16片棕框将聚酯单丝或尼龙单丝交织成成纸层、中间连接层和机器层,其最小组织单元由16根经线和16根纬线构成,其中成纸层和机器层的经线数量比为1:1;纬线数量比2:1;中间连接层的纬线根数占总纬线数的1/2;请参阅图3,图3为本发明高速生活用纸专用成形网最小组织单元一实施方式的织造网纹示意图,其中白色代表纬线在经线下方,黑色和灰色代表纬线在经线上方,从上往下4根纬线为一循环,第一根为成纸层纬线300,第二根为机器层纬线302,第三根和第四根为中间连接层纬线304、306,从上述可以看出,本身成纸层纬线300、中间连接层纬线304、306、机器层纬线302的数量比为1:2:1,将中间连接层纬线304、306的数量合并至本身成纸层纬线300中后,即可得出本发明成纸层纬线300与机器层纬线302的数量比为2:1。请参阅图4,图4为本发明高速生活用纸专用成形网最小组织单元纬线分步织造一实施方式的结构示意图,从图中可以看出,成纸层经线402和机器层经线400均为8根,纬线1、5、9、13为成纸层纬线,且采用4综缎纹织法,纬线2、6、10、14为机器层纬线,且采用4综缎纹织法,其余纬线3、4、7、8、11、12、15、16为连接线。
实施例1:
成纸层经线采用直径为0.125mm的聚酯单丝,成纸层纬线采用直径为0.13mm的聚酯单丝,中间连接层纬线采用直径为0.12mm的聚酯单丝或尼龙单丝,机器层经线采用直径为0.125mm的聚酯单丝,机器层纬线采用直径为0.25mm的聚酯单丝,采用GB/T 24290-2009《造纸成形网、干燥网测量方法》中的方法对实施例1中的高速生活用纸专用成形网进行性能检测,其检测结果如下表1所示.
实施例2:
成纸层经线采用直径为0.125mm的聚酯单丝,成纸层纬线采用直径为0.13mm的聚酯单丝,中间连接层纬线采用直径为0.13mm的聚酯单丝或尼龙单丝,机器层经线采用直径为0.125mm的聚酯单丝,机器层纬线采用直径为0.25mm的聚酯单丝,采用GB/T 24290-2009《造纸成形网、干燥网测量方法》中的方法对上述高速生活用纸专用成形网进行性能检测,其检测结果如下表1所示。

从表1的数据可以看出,本发明所提供的高速生活用纸专用成形网的纤维支撑指数较高,支撑点增多,说明本实施例中的高速生活用纸专用成形网对纸的纤维和填料留着率提高,成纸表面网痕大大减少,纸页成形更均匀;脱水指数较高,透气量增加,表明本实施例中的高速生活用纸专用成形网对纸页的脱水能力提高。
总而言之,区别于现有技术的情况,本发明所提供的高速生活用纸专用成形网为三层成形网,其中,成形网的成纸层由成纸层经线和成纸层纬线通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成,机器层由机器层经线和机器层纬线通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成;一方面成纸层采用4综缎纹编织法,使得该成形网的纤维支撑指数提高,网孔均匀、网面平滑,生活用纸的纤维和填料留着率提高,纸页成形均匀,纸页易从网上剥离,成纸更平整细腻,进而能够适应高车速生活用纸造纸机的需要;另一方面,机器层采用4综缎纹编织法,能够使成形网的耐磨性提高,稳定性加强,进而能够适应高车速生活用纸造纸机的需要。

所述成纸层由成纸层经线和成纸层纬线通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成;所述机器层由机器层经线和机器层纬线通过4综缎纹编织法编织形成;
所述成纸层经线直径为0.12-0.125mm,所述成纸层纬线直径为0.12-0.13mm;所述机器层经线直径为0.12-0.125mm,所述机器层纬线直径为0.25-0.27mm;其中,所述成纸层经线直径与所述机器层经线直径相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成形网,其特征在于,
所述成形网包括多个最小组织单元,所述最小组织单元由16根经线和16根纬线构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的成形网,其特征在于,
所述中间连接层包括成对的第一连接纬线和第二连接纬线,所述第一连接纬线与所述成纸层经线交织,所述第二连接纬线与所述机器层经线交织,进而将所述成纸层与所述机器层连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的成形网,其特征在于,
所述成纸层经线数量与所述机器层经线数量之比为1:1。
5.根据权利要求3所述的成形网,其特征在于,
所述中间连接层的纬线数量为所述成形网的总纬线数量的1/2。

所述成纸层纬线数量与所述机器层纬线数量之比为2:1。

所述中间连接层的纬线直径为0.11-0.13mm。

所述成形网的经线密度为75-77根/cm,所述成形网的纬线密度为68-70根/cm。

所述成形网由16片综框将聚酯单丝或尼龙单丝交织而成。
