本发明涉及造纸毛毯技术领域,尤其是一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,包括叠层基网层和合成纤维基网层,叠层基网层与合成纤维基网层之间通过针刺方法相结合连接,合成纤维基网层包括表层纤维网、中层纤维网和底层纤维网,表层纤维网和中层纤维网依次铺设于叠层基网层正面,底层纤维网铺设于叠层基网层反面,叠层基网层是由上层基布层、中层基布层和底层基布层组成,上层基布层、中层基布层和底层基布层之间的结构形式相同。本发明有益效果:本发明采用的无交织网的经向平面水平结构具有较大的耐水解性、弹性和抗压性,使造纸毛毯具有较大的容水空间和弹性回复率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸毛毯技术领域,尤其是一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯。
背景技术
造纸毛毯是用于造纸机压榨部的特种纺织品,主要是脱水,支撑纸页,修饰纸页等作用,其中脱水是关键功能,并且具有随着使用时间延续而会发生变化等特点。造纸毛毯的表面特性与正在生产的纸的表面性能有直接的关系。现有造纸毛毯的基布多为由经纱纬纱编制而成,且经纬交织点导致基布表面平整度低,且经纬线多不具有弹性,当压榨部受压辊的线压力时,基布不变形,使织物的痕迹反映到纸页上,形成纸面网痕,影响纸面平整度和产品质量;且现有造纸毛毯基布在高线压条件下反复压榨,易产生基布相互嵌入,从而堵塞了空隙,大大影响了造纸毛毯透水性能,进而缩短造纸毛毯的使用寿命。
因此,对于上述问题有必要提出一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯。
发明内容
本发明目的是克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,包括叠层基网层和合成纤维基网层,所述叠层基网层与合成纤维基网层之间通过针刺方法相结合连接,所述合成纤维基网层包括表层纤维网、中层纤维网和底层纤维网,表层纤维网和中层纤维网依次铺设于叠层基网层正面,所述底层纤维网铺设于叠层基网层反面,所述叠层基网层是由上层基布层、中层基布层和底层基布层组成,所述上层基布层、中层基布层和底层基布层之间的结构形式相同。
优选地,所述上层基布层由一层第一经线层和一层第一纬线并排组合而成。
优选地,所述表层纤维网由两层第二经线层和两层第二纬线并排组合而成。
优选地,所述中层纤维网由一层第三经线层和一层第三纬线并排组合而成。
优选地,所述底层纤维网由两层第四经线层和两层第四纬线并排组合而成。
优选地,所述第一经线层、第二经线层、第三经线层和第四经线层均包括若干个并排分布的经线。
优选地,所述第一纬线层、第二纬线层、第三纬线层和第四纬线层均包括若干个并排分布的纬线。
优选地,所述经线的直径与纬线的直径相同。
优选地,其中针刺方法采用针刺机进行缝合。
本发明有益效果:本发明采用的无交织网的经向平面水平结构具有较大的耐水解性、弹性和抗压性,使造纸毛毯具有较大的容水空间和弹性回复率。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1并结合图2至图3所示,一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,包括叠层基网层1和合成纤维基网层2,所述叠层基网层1与合成纤维基网层2之间通过针刺方法相结合连接,所述合成纤维基网层2包括表层纤维网3、中层纤维网4和底层纤维网5,表层纤维网3和中层纤维网4依次铺设于叠层基网层正面,所述底层纤维网5铺设于叠层基网层反面,所述叠层基网层1是由上层基布层6、中层基布层7和底层基布层8组成,所述上层基布层6、中层基布层7和底层基布层8之间的结构形式相同。
进一步的,所述上层基布层7由一层第一经线层和一层第一纬线并排组合而成,所述表层纤维网3由两层第二经线层和两层第二纬线并排组合而成。
其中,所述中层纤维网4由一层第三经线层和一层第三纬线并排组合而成,所述底层纤维网5由两层第四经线层和两层第四纬线并排组合而成。
此外,所述第一经线层、第二经线层、第三经线层和第四经线层均包括若干个并排分布的经线,所述第一纬线层、第二纬线层、第三纬线层和第四纬线层均包括若干个并排分布的纬线。
另外,所述经线的直径与纬线的直径相同,其中针刺方法采用针刺机进行缝合。
本发明采用的无交织网的经向平面水平结构具有较大的耐水解性、弹性和抗压性,使造纸毛毯具有较大的容水空间和弹性回复率。

1.一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,其特征在于:包括叠层基网层和合成纤维基网层,所述叠层基网层与合成纤维基网层之间通过针刺方法相结合连接,所述合成纤维基网层包括表层纤维网、中层纤维网和底层纤维网,表层纤维网和中层纤维网依次铺设于叠层基网层正面,所述底层纤维网铺设于叠层基网层反面,所述叠层基网层是由上层基布层、中层基布层和底层基布层组成,所述上层基布层、中层基布层和底层基布层之间的结构形式相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,其特征在于:所述上层基布层由一层第一经线层和一层第一纬线并排组合而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,其特征在于:所述表层纤维网由两层第二经线层和两层第二纬线并排组合而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,其特征在于:所述中层纤维网由一层第三经线层和一层第三纬线并排组合而成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,其特征在于:所述底层纤维网由两层第四经线层和两层第四纬线并排组合而成。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,其特征在于:所述第一经线层、第二经线层、第三经线层和第四经线层均包括若干个并排分布的经线。
7.如权利要求2所述的一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,其特征在于:所述第一纬线层、第二纬线层、第三纬线层和第四纬线层均包括若干个并排分布的纬线。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种经纬纱无交织造纸毛毯,其特征在于:所述经线的直径与纬线的直径相同。
