제1도는 본 발명의 연료 분사 밸브의 한 실시예를 도시하는 것으로서, 연료 분사 밸브의 부분도.
제2도는 제1도(II-II)선을 따른 단면도.
Claims (7)
- 세로축선에 관해서 대칭적으로 형성된 밸브 케이싱을 가지며, 내연기관용 연료 분사 밸브이며, 상기 밸브 케이싱내에 밸브 좌면과 협동하는 밸브 폐쇄부재가 배치되어 있는 형식의 내연기관용 연료 분사 밸브에 있어서, 밸브 좌면(12)의 하류에 중앙개구(13,24,25)가 설치되어 있으며, 중앙개구(13,24,25)에서 반경방향 외측으로 적어도 2개의 접선방향 통로(28)이 연상되고 있으며, 각 집선방향 통로(28)가 각각 각 스윌실(27)에 접선방향에서 개구되어 있고, 연료 때문의 정량개구(29)가 각각 상기 스윌실(27)의 중앙에서 외측(30)으로 관통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세로축선에 관해서 대칭적으로 형성된 밸브 케이싱을 가지는 내연기관 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정량기구(29)가 밸브 케이싱(7)의 세로축선(8)에 대해서 경사로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연교 분사 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스윌실(27)내에 같은 방향의 스윌이 생기도록, 접선방향 통로(28)가 스윌실(27)로 개구되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정량개부(29)가 밸브 케이싱(7)에 설치된 어태치멘트(18)에 형성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 접선방향 통로(28) 및 스월실(27)이 어태치멘트(18)에 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 어태치멘트(18)가 밸브 케이싱(7)상에 삽입 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제2항내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료가 적어도 2개의 정량개구(29)를 거쳐서 내연기관(3)의 상이한 흡기밸브(32)를 향해서 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
