제1도는 본 발명을 구체화 하는 연료 분사 밸브의 개략단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ를 따라 취한 단면도, 제3도는 밸브 시트로부터 연료 수집 공간을 접경하는 하류디프세션까지의 변이를 도시하는 일부 밸브의 확대 상세도.
Claims (8)
- 밸브 시트와 밸브 시트의 하부 유지 보어로 제공된 노출 몸체와, 밸브 시트와 협동하며 회전의 몸체의 형태를 가지는 가동 밸브체와, 수용 보어내에 유지되며 출구 보어를 규정하는 실질적인 원통형 벽 부분과 밸브체와 베이스부 사이의 수집 공간에 인접하여 배치된 받침 접시형 디프레션을 가지며 출구 보어와 통해 있는 적어도 하나의 출구 통로가 제공되는 베이스부를 구비하는 삽입 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디프레션의 벽은 실질적으로 연속적으로서 밸브시트에 인접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 디프레션의 밸브 시트 및 벽이 배치되어 밸브체와 시트 그리고 밸브체와 디프레션의 벽 사이의 유로 단면적이 시트로부터 출구 통로까지의 방향으로 점차 증가하는 것을 톡징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 삽입 부재의 베이스부는 디프레션에 인접하는 평면환상지역. 실질적으로 원통형 벽 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 노즐 몸체는 밸브 시트와 수용 보어 사이의 삽입 부재에 인접하여 배치된 맞닿음면을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 밸브가 분사 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서 청구된 바와같은 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료 분사 장치.
