Claims (9)
- 6미만의 유전상수를 가지며, 우세한 결정상으로서 월레마이트를 함유하고, Li2O, Na2O 및 K2O가 없는 조성물을 가지고 있으며, 산화물을 기초로 하여 약 15-45중량%의 ZnO, 10-30중량%의 Al2O3및 30-55중량%의 SiO2로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리세라믹체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 8-12%의 ZrO2및 0.001-0.05%의 구금속으로 구성된 기로부터 선택되는 핵체를 함유하며, 귀금속은 Au, pd 및 pt로 구성된 기로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리세락믹체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5% 까지의 B2O3, 5%까지의 CaO, SrO, BaO 및/ 또는 Pbo, 7% 까지의 Cs2O, 15%까지의 MgO, 및 15%까지의 MnO로 구성된기로부터 선택되는 지시된 비율에서 전체 15%까지의 적어도 하나의 산화 금속을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 세라믹체.
- 우세한 결정상으로서 월레마이트를 함유하고, 6미만의 유전상수를 나타내며,Li2O, NaO 및 K2O가 없고, 산화물을 기초로 하여 약 15-45중량%의 ZnO, 10-30중량%의 Al2O3및 30-55중량%의 SiO2로 구성된 완전 세라믹체로 약 875°-1000℃ 사이의 온도에서 소결할수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는열 결정성 유리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 8-12%의 ZrO2및 0.001-0.05%의 귀금속으로 구성된 기로부터 선택되는 핵체를 함유하며, 귀금속은 Au, pd 및 pt로 구성된 기로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결정성 유리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 5% 까지의 B2O3, 5%까지의 CaO, SrO, BaO 및/ 또는 Pbo, 7% 까지의 Cs2O, 15%까지의 MgO, 및 15%까지의 MnO로 구성된기로부터 선택되는 지시된 비율에서 전체 15%까지의 적어도 하나의 산화 금속을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 .

- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유리-세라믹이 8-12%의 ZrO2및 0.001-0.05%의 귀금속으로 구성된 기로부터 선택되는 핵제를 함유하고, 귀금속은 Au, Pd 및 Pt로 구성된 기로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기질.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유리 세라믹의 조성물이 5%까지의 B2O3, 5%까지의 CaO, SrO, BaO 및/또는 PbO, 7%까지의 Cs2O, 15%까지의 MgO, 및 15%까지의 MnO로 구성되는 지시된 비율에서 전체 15%까지의 적어도 하나의 산화금속을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
