Claims (5)
- 몰 기준으로 BaO 7-20%, CaO 0-20%, SrO 0-12% 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 알칼리토 금속 산화물 8-30%, ZrO2, 0.5-2.5%의 P2O5및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 산화물 0.5-5%, ZnO 15-27%, SiO240-60%, Al2O33-14% 및 Pbo 0-5%로 반드시 이루어지고, 850-900℃에서 소성시켰을때 결정성이고 비환원성임이 특징인 유전성 유리 조성물.
- 제1항의 유리 조성물의 미분립(微扮粒)이 액상 유기 매질 중에 분산되어 있는 후막 앤캡슐런트 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 850-900℃에서 소성시킬 때 분해되는 금속 산화물 미분립을 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분해성 금속 산화물이 CrO2인 조성물.
- (1)제1항의 조성물 층을 기판에 도포하고 (2)(a)유기 매질을 휘발시키고 (b)잔류 유리에 분산되어 있는 유전성 유리로 부터 결정을 형성시키기 위해, 상기 층을 30 내지 60분동안 가열하되 이중 5 내지 10분은 850-900℃의 피크 온도로 행함으로써, 기판상에 형성되는 유전성 막.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
