Claims (7)
- 근본적으로 (a)잔류 유리의 매트릭스에서 셀리앤, 또는 Ba,Ca,Mg 또는 Zn의 알류미늄산염의 단일상을 형성하기 위해 후막 가공조건에서 결정화할 수 있는 무정형 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리와(b)총 고형물을 기준으로 1-15중량%인, Al2O3,SiO2,Al2O3와 SiO2의 복합 산화물,Si3N4, AlN, Si3N4와 AlN의 복합 질화물 및 그의 혼합물로 부터 선택된 세라믹 물질의 미분입자 혼합물이 (c)유기 매질속에 분산되어 있는 인쇄 후막 유전체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리가 셀시앤의 단일상을 형성하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유리가 근본적으로 SiO430%, TiO2, ZrO2또는 그의 혼합물 8%, Al2O310%, BaO26%, ZnO 10%, CaO 6%와 B2O38%와 MgO2%로 이루어진 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유리가 근복적으로 SiO230%, TiO2, ZrO2또는 그의 혼합물 8%, Al2O310%,BaO 10%,ZnO 10%,CaO 24%와 B2O38%로 이루어진 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리가 무정형 잔류 유리의 매트릭스에서 Ba,Ca,Mg 또는 Zn의 알루미늄산 염의 단일상을 형성하는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유리가 근본적으로 SiO230%, TiO2,ZrO2또는 그의 혼합물 8%, Al2O312%, BaO 12%, ZnO 24%, CaO 6%와 B2O38%로 이루어진 조성물.
- (1)제1항의 조성물의 후막을 기질에 적용하고 (2)(a)유기 매질을 휘발시키고 (b)잔류 유리에 분산된 무정형 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리로 부터 세라믹 결정의 단일상을 형성하기 위해 후막 처리조건하에서 필름을 가열하여 제조된 유전체 유리 세라믹 복합 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
