Claims (6)
- 근본적으로는 유기 매질(b)속에 분산된, 후막 처리조건에서 결정화하여 무정형 잔류 유리의 매트릭스에 Ba,Ca,Mg나 Zn의 알루미네이트의 단일상을 형성할 수 있는 무정형 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리의 미분입자(a)로 이루어지는 인쇄성 후막 유전체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리가 근본적으로 30중량%의 SiO2, 8중량%의 TiO2, ZrO2나 그 혼합물, 12중량%의 Al2O3, 12중량%의 BaO, 24중량%의 ZnO, 6중량%의 CaO및 8중량%의 B2O3로 이루어지는 조성물.
- 근본적으로 30중량%의 SiO2, 8중량%의 TiO2, ZrO2나 그 혼합물, 12중량%의 Al2O3, 12중량%의 BaO, 24중량%의 ZnO, 6중량%의 CaO및 8중량%의 B2O3로 이루어지며, 후막처리조건에서 결정화하여 잔류유리의 매트릭스에 알루미네이트의 단일상을 형성할 수 있는 무정형 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리 프릿.
- 제3항에 있어서, 결정화된 상이 스핀넬인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 결정화된 상이 ZnAl2O4인 조성물.
- 1) 기질에 제1항의 조성물의 층을 적용하고, 2) 후막 처리조건하에서 층을 가열하여 a) 유기 매질의 휘발과 b) 잔류 유리에 분산된 무정형 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리로부터 알루미네이트 결정의 단일상의 형성을 효과적이게 함으로써 형성된 유전체 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
