제1도는 하기 점 A 내지 점F(몰 %)롤 한정된 알킬리 토류-ZnO-SiO2계의 일부 3상 다이아그램, 제2도는 실시예 6 및 7에 예시된 본 발명의 유리에 대한 시차 열분석(differential thermal analysis)곡선을 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (9)

  1. (1) 알파는 Al2O30.5 내지 10%, HfO20.5내지 6%, P2O50.5 내지10%,TiO20.5 내지 6%, ZrO20.5 내지 6% 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 유리형성물 또는 조건부 유리 형성물 0.5 내지 20몰%와 혼합된 SiO2이고, (2) 베타는 Cao, SrO, MgO, BaO 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 알칼리 토류이고, (3)감마는 ZnO인, 제1도의 점A 내지 점F 에 의해 몰%로 한정된 면적내에 포함되는 조성을 필수로 함유하는 비정질 부분 결정성 알킬 토류 아연 실리케이트 유리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, AlPO4또는 ALP3O9로서 첨가 된 Al2O3및 P2O5를 모두 함유하는 유리
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 그 내부에 무기 충전제가 분산되어 있는 유리.
  4. 제1도는 점 A내지 점 F 에 의해 한정된 면적 내에 화학양이론적 비율로 CaO, SrO, MgO, BaO 및 그의 혼합물로 부터 선택된 알킬리토류의 미립자의 혼합물을 필수로 함유하는, 제1항의 유리조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 알칼리 토유가 CaO이고, CaO, ZnO 및 SiO2는 하디스토나이트(hardystonite)및 월레마이트(willemite)형태의 조성물.
  6. 유기매체중에 분산된, 제1항의 비정질 결정성 조성물의 미립자로 이루어진 유전체 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유기매체가 액체이고 조성물이 후막 페이스트인 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 유기매체가 휘발성 고체 중합체이고, 조성물이 그린테이프(green tape)인 조성물
  9. 휘발성 고분자 결합제 및 휘발성 용매의 액체 용액중에 분산된, 제1항의 조성물의 미립자로 이루어진, 유연법(casting method)에 의한 그린 테이프 제조용 조성물.
