Claims (7)
- 하기 (a)-(e) 의 미세하게 나누어진 입자들의 혼합물을 포함하는 저온-소성 유전체의 제조를 위한 조성물 : (a) MgTiO3: (b) 총 고형물 기준으로 0-10중량%의 CaTiO3(c) 아연대 붕소의 원자비가 1-2(플릿은 총고형물 기준으로 0-5중량% BaO를 함유함)이고 B2O3의 50몰%이하가 Al2O3에 의해 대치될 수 있는, 총 고형물 기준으로 5-10중량%의, 아연 보레이트 융제; (d) BaCO3, BaTIO3및 그들의 혼합물에서 선택된, 총 고형물 기준으로 0-5중량% 의 바륨 화합물 ; 및 (e) BaO로서 계산된, 조성물내 Ba의 총량이 Pb-, Bi 및 Cd- 함유 화합물이 없는 총 고형물의 1-5 중량%의 조성물내 BaTiO3의 양에 거의 등몰량으로 MgO, CaO, ZnO 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 이가 산화 금속 또는 전구체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a)-(e)의 혼합물이 유기매체내에 분산된 조성물.
- 혼합물이 유기 중합체 바인더 및 휘발성 유기용매의 용액을 포함하는 유기매체내에 분산되고, 분산액이 슬립-주형 점조도를 갖는, 제2항의 조성물을 포함하는 슬립-주형 조성물.
- 휘발성 유기 용매를 제거하기 위해 가열된 제3항의 조성물의 주형 층을 포함하는 유전체 그린 테이프.
- 혼합물이 비교적 낮은 휘발성 용매내 수지의 용액을 포함하는 유기매체내에 분산된 제2항의 조성물을 포함하는 두꺼운 유전체 필름 페이스트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 틱소트로픽제가 포함된 두꺼운 필름 페이스트.
- 유기매체를 휘발화하고 전도체 물질을 용융시키지 않고 유전체 물질을 소결하기 위해 전도체 물질의 융점 이하에서 전도층과 세라믹이 모두 소성된, 제1항의 유전체 조성물 층에 의해 분리된 다수의 두꺼운 내부필름 금속 전도층을 포함하는 세라믹 다층 요소.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
