Claims (10)
- (a) 99.2-99.5 중량%의 (1) 평균 입자크기 1.5㎛이하의 BaTiO397.10-99.48 몰% (2) Nb2O5, Ta2O5및 그 혼합물로부터 선택되는 금속산화물 2.00-0.52 몰 % 및, (3) 원자번호 57-62인 회토류의 산화물 또는 그 혼합물 0-0.90몰%의혼합물과, (b) 필수적으로 MnO230-70몰%와 적어도 하나의다른 전이금속의 산화물 70-30몰%로 구성되는 원자번호 24-28인 전이금속산화물의 혼합물 0.8-0.05중량%로 필수적으로 구성되는 미세하게 분할된입자의 혼합물인, 저연소 온도에서 밀집화 유전체를 형성하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, ⒜와 ⒝의 총 중량에 기준하여 0.1-1.5중량%의 융제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 융제가 붕산 카드뮴, 붕산 리튬, 붕규산 카드뮴, 비스무트 산화물, 붕규산 납 및 그 혼합물과 선구 물질로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세하게 분할된 고체의 혼합물이 유기매체내에 분산된 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유기매체가 유기용매내에 용해된 중합체 결합체로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유기용매가 휘발성 용매하고 분산액이 주조 가능한 점도를 가지는 조성물.
- 휘발성 용매가 제거된 제7항의 조성물의 층으로 구성되는 유전성 그린 테이프.
- 프린트된 두꺼운 필름 전극층을 사이에 가지는 다수의 제7항의 그린 테이프로 구성되며, 조립체가 공기중 소성처리되어 유기물질의 휘발, 무기 입자의 소결 및 혼합물의 밀집화를 이룩한 축전기.
- 유기매체가 비등점 130-150℃의 용매내에 용해된 수지와 요변성재로 구성되는 용액이고 조성물이 프린팅에 적당한 유동학적 성질들을 가지는 제4항의 조성물로 구성되는 두꺼운 필름 조성물.
- 제9항의 조성물의 프린트층 다수가 그 위에 프린트된 세라믹 기질로 구성되며, 프린트된 유전성층 각쌍이 프린트된 두꺼운 필픔 전극층을 사이에 가지며, 조립체가 공기중 소성처리되어 유기매체의 휘발, 무기입자의 소결 및 혼합물의 밀집화를 이룩한 축전기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
