Claims (14)
- (a)하기 구조에 상응하는 몰비로 존재하는 금속산화물, 금속산화물 전구체 또는 그의 다원(多元) 산화물반응 생성물로 된 혼합물 95.5-99.4중량%와 (SrxPb1-xTiO3a(PbMgrWsO3)b, 여기서X-0-0.3 r=0.45-0.55 a=0.45-0.6 S=0.55-0.45b=1.55-0.4 ∑(r+s)=1 ∑(a+b)=1(b) (1)Co, Ni, Cr, Mn 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 전이금속의 2원(元)산화물 0.1-1.0중량% ; (2) Cd 스타타이트, Zn 티타네이트 또는 그 혼합물 0.25-1.5%; (3) Cd 질코네이트, Zn 질코네이트, Cd 스태네이트, Zn 스태네이트 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 선택된 다원 산화물, 0.25-2.0중량%; 으로 본질적으로 구성된 금속산화물 또는 그의 전구체 4.5-0.6중량%; 상기 (a) 및 (b)로 본질적으로 구성된 미세하게 분할된 입자들의 혼합물로 구성되어 있으며, 실질적으로 모든 입자가 그 최대크기가 10㎛이하이며, 입자가 적어도 0.5m2/g이상의 표면적을 갖고 있는 , 저 소성온도에서 조밀한 유전체를 형성하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분들의 대부분이 소성화되는 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, (a)성분들이 공기중에서 소성화되는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, (a)가 0.5-0.55이며, (b)가 0.5-0.45인 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 (b)의 티타네이트 (2)가 ZnTiO3인 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 (b)의 다원 산화물(3)이 CdSnO3인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, (b)의 2원 금속산화물들이 각기 0.05-0.5중량%의 MnO2Co0인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 하기 중량비율의 하기 금속산화물들로 부터 생성된 조성물.PbO 6.6 PbCO3MgCO36.5TiO211.0 WO315.7 SrTiO33.25MnO20.07 CoO 0.22 PbTiO31.2ZnTiO30.5 CdSnO31.0
- 제 1항에 있어서, 입자들의 소결 및 혼합물의 조밀화가 일어나도록 900 - 1050°C 공기중에서 소성화한 제 1항의 조성물로 본질적으로 구성된 유전체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 미세하게 분할된 고체혼합물이 유기용매중에 용해된 중합체 결합체로 구성된 유기 매체중에 분산되어 있는 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 유기용매가 휘발성 비수용매이며, 분산액이 주조가능한 경점성을 갖고 있는 조성물.
- 그로부터 휘발성 용매가 제거된 제 11항의 조성물층으로 구성된 유전체 그린 테이프
- (1)유기매체에 분산된 전도성 전극물질층을 제 12항의 다수의 그린 테이프층 각각에 적용한 후, (2)다수의 전극 층이 입혀진 그린 테이프를 라미네이트 하여 그린 테이프와 전극물질층이 교대로 라미네이트되어 있는 조립체를 형성하고, (3)단계 (2)의 조립체를 그로부터 유기매체 및 유기 결합제를 제거하고, 전도성 전극물질과 유전체 물질을 소결시키기 위해 900-1050℃에서 소성화하는 단계들로 구성된 모놀리딕 축전기를 생성하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 유기용매가 비점 130-350℃인 용매에 용해된 요변화제와 수지로 구성된 용액이며, 분산액이 스크린 프린팅에 적합한 페이스트의 경점성을 갖고 있는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
