Claims (5)

  1. 실질상의 모든 입자가, 가장 큰 것일지라도 1㎛의 크기를 넘지 않는, 하기 (a)와 (b)의 미세분할 입자로 구성되는 고용량의 유전체 분말 조성물 : (a) BeTiO3또는 그의 전구체 92-99중량%, (b) 하기 (1)과 (2)로 구성되는 소결보조제 8-1중량%; (1) Pb, Li 또는 그 혼합물의 불화물 8-0.5중량%; (2) Bi, Zn 또는 Pb의 산화물, 그러한 산화물의 전구체 또는 그의 혼합물 4-0중량%[(b)에서, 불화물/산화물의 중량비는 1 이상이다].
  2. 유기매체내에 분산된 청구범위 제1항의 조성물로 구성되는, 스크린 인쇄성의 고용량 유전체 조성물.
  3. (1) 인쇄된 절연성 세라믹 기질상의 첫번째 전도성 단자층, (2) 청구범위 제2항의 유전체 조성물층 및 (3) 덮어씌우는 두번째 전도성 단자층으로 구성되며 상기 집합체를 연소시켜 유기매체를 휘발시키고 유전체 분말을 소결시킨, 고용량의 축전기.
  4. 스크린 인쇄에 의하여 전도성 단자층과 유전체층을 적용시키고 인쇄된 각층을 다음층의 적용전에 건조 및 연소시키는, 청구범위 제3항의 축전기.
  5. 필터성분은 1개 이상의 유전체층을 갖는 빽빽한 간격의 후막 축전기 다수로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 유전물질은 연소에 의하여 유기매체가 휘발되고 유전체 분말이 소결된 청구범위 제2항의 조성물인, 전기장치내의 전자기 간섭을 감소시키기 위한 필터 접속기.
