Claims (17)

  1. 피복되지 않은 고상물의 0.1% 내지 10중량%를 구성하는 질산납층으로 피복된 전기적 기능을 갖는 고상물의 미분입자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고상물이 저항 산화물로 되는 피복된 고상입자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고상물이 유전 세라믹 산화물로 되는 피복된 고상입자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고상물이 전도성 금속으로 되는 피복된 고상입자.
  5. 피복되지 않은 고상물의 0.1% 내지 10중량%를 구성하는 질산납층으로 피복된 유리의 미분입자.
  6. 고상물 성분 중 적어도 하나의 표면상의 피막으로서 고상물에 기초해서 0.1% 내지 10중량%의 질산납을 분살질 중에 혼입시키는 점이 개선된 유기매질 중에 분산된 전기적 기능을 갖는 물질과 Pbo와 상용할 수 있는 무기 결합제의 미분입자의 결합제의 미분입자로 되는 후막 전자 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 전기적 기능을 갖는 물질이 질산납으로 피복된 입자 표면상의 저항 산화물인 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 질산납을 저항 물질과 무기 결합제의 모두의 입자 표면상에 피복시킨 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 전기적 기능을 갖는 물질이 질산납이 피복된 입자 표면상의 유전 세라믹 산화물인 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 질산납을 유전세라믹 산화물과 무기 결합제 모두의 입자 표면상에 피복시킨 조성물.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 전기적 기능을 갖는 물질이 질산납이 피복된 입자 표면상의 전도성 금속인 조성물.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 질산납을 전도성 금속과 무기 결합제 모두의 입자 표면상에 피복시킨 조성물.
  13. 유기 매질 중에 분산된 질산납 0.1% 내지 10중량%로 피복된 PbO와 상용할 수 있는 유리의 미분입자로 되는 후막 캡슐화 조성물.
  14. 물질상에 프린트할 후, 그로부터 유기 매질의 완전 휘발을 달성하기 위해 소성시킨 제7항 또는 8항에 의한 조성물의 모형후막으로 되는 저항기.
  15. 물질상에 프린트한 후, 그로부터 유기 매질의 완전 휘발 및 유전 세라믹 산화물의 조밀성을 달성하기 위해 소성시킨 제9항 또는 10항에 의한 조성물의 후막으로 되는 유전층.
  16. 물질 상에 프린트한 후, 그로부터 유기매질의 완전 휘발 및 전도성 금속의 소결을 달성하기 위해 소성시킨 제11항 또는 12항에 의한 조성물의 후막으로 되는 전도층.
  17. 전기적 기능을 갖는 물질상에 프린트한 후, 그로부터 유기 매질의 완전 휘발 및 유리 액상 소결을 달성하기 위해 소성시킨 제13항에 의한 조성물의 후막층으로 캡슐화제 피막.
