Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the charge movement between the photoconductive layer and substrate smooth by providing a conductive particle layer between the photoconductive layer containing photoconductor in binder and the substrate.
CONSTITUTION: The conductive particles of 0.01 to 5μ grain size such as Ag particles dispersed in a dispersion (alcohol, etc.) are coated on a conductive substrate and are dried. In the half-dry state of this conductive particle layer, the coating which contains photoconductor such as CdS is coated thereon and is dried, whereby the photoconductive layer is formed. Further on this is formed an insulation layer to produce the electronic photoreceptor. In this way, the improvement in the electrical adhesiveness of the substrate and photoconductive layer is achieved.
