Abstract

본 발명은 0.3 내지 3.0㎡/g의 표면적을 갖는 전도성 금속의 미분된 입자(1), 100㎡/g의 표면적을 갖는 미분된 미립자 물질, 및 10,000내지 50,000의 휘발도 등급을 가진 유지 용매(4)중에 용해된 열가소성 수지(3)를 포함하고, 135℃로 가열할때 2.5분 이내에 거의 경화될 수 있으며, 또한 미립자 물질 대 수지의 부피비가 적어도 3.5이고, 용매 대 수지의 중량비는 3내지 5인 중합체 후막 레지스터 조성물을 개시한다.

Claims (16)

  1. 0.3 내지 3.0㎡/g의 표면적을 갖는 미분된 전도성 금속입자(1), 100㎡/g이상의 표면적을 갖는 미분된(4)중에 용해된 열가소성 수지(3)를 포함하고, 135℃로 가열할때 2.5분 인에 거의 경화될 수 있으며, 또한 미립자 물질 대 수지의 부피비가 적어도 3.5이고, 용매 대 수지의 중량비는 3내지 5인 중합체 후막 레지스터 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 금속이 은, 금, 구리 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 금속이 0.7 내지 1.3㎡/g의 표면적을 갖는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 물질이 탄소, 실리카, 알루미나 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 물질이 200㎡/g이상의 표면적을 갖는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 페녹시 수지, 에폭시 수지, 비닐리덴 클로라이드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 10,000이상의 휘발도 등급을 갖는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 1,000내지 50,000의 휘발도 등급을 갖는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 0.3 내지 3.0㎡/g의 표면적을 갖는 미분된 은 입자(1), 100㎡/g이상의 표면적을 갖는 미분된 탄소입자(2), 및 10,000내지 50,000의 휘발도 등급을 갖는 유기 용매(4)중에 용해된 페녹시 수지(3)를 포함하고, 135℃의 온도로 가열할때 2.5분 이내에 거의 경화될수 있으며, 또한 탄소 대 페녹시 수지의 부피비가 적어도 3.5이고, 용매 대 페녹시 수지의 중량비가 3내지 5인, 전압 지시기의 저항 소자를 제작하기에 적합한 조성물.
  10. 100㎡/g이상의 표면적을 갖는 미분된 탄소 입자(1), 및 유기 용매(3) 중에 용해된 열가소성 수지(2)를 포함하고, 135℃의 온도로 가열할때 2.5분 이내에 거의 경화될수 있으며, 또한 탄소 대 수지의 부피비가 적어도 3.5이고, 용매 대 수지의 중량비가 3내지 5인 중합체 후막 레지스터 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 입자가 200㎡/g이상의 표면적을 갖는 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 페녹시 수지, 에폭시 수지, 비닐리덴 클로라이드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 조성물.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 10,000이상의 휘발도 등급을 갖는 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 10,000내지 50,000의 휘발도 등급을 갖는 조성물.
  15. 가열하여 용매를 제거하고 고체상태로 전환시킨 제1항의 조성물층이 인쇄된 기재를 포함하는 저항 소자.
  16. 가열하여 용매를 제거하고 고체상태로 전환시킨 제10항의 조성물층이 인쇄된 기재를 포함하는 저항 소자.
