Claims (4)

  1. α선을 전혀방출하지 않고, 50-80중량% 유리분말의 분말혼합물로 이루어지며, 이 유리말은 방사능물질을 전혀 포함하지 않고, 350℃ 또는 그 이하의 전이점을 가지는, 투명한 PbO-B2O3접착용 유리, 0-45중량% 저팽창세라믹분말 및, 천연지르콘에 존재하는 방사능물질을 제거하여 인위적으로 제조한 2-40중량%합성지르콘이고, 이 합성지르콘은 Fe2O3, MnO, ZnO중 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상을 0.5-7중량% 함유하고, 어떠한 알칼리불순물과 비반용 산화지르콘을 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 저융점 밀봉용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 투명한 접착용 유리는 중량%로 PbO 40-90% B2O38-15%, (SiO2+Al2O3) 0.5-3%, ZnO 0.5-5% 및 Tl2O 0-40%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 저융밀봉용 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 저팽창 세라믹분말이 티탄산납, β-유크립타이트, 코오디어라이트, 윌레마이트, 아연물질 및 SnO2고융체결중 어느 1종 또는 2종인 것으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 저융점밀봉용 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 합성지르콘은, 지르콘샌드를 알칼리용융에 의해서 지르코늄산나트륨을 만들고, 지르코늄산나트륨을 염산수용액으로 용해하여 지르코늄염산용액을 만들어, 이 용액을 예정된 시간동안 재결정화하여 옥시염화지르코늄을 얻고, 이 옥시염화지르코늄을 수산화나트륨으로 처리하여 수산화지르코늄을 만들어, 이 수산화지르코늄을 가열하여 산화지르코늄을 만들고, 이 산화지르코늄을 실리카샌드 및 Fe2O3, MnO, ZnO중 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상과 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 가열하여 합성지르코늄을 제조합으로써 생긴 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 저융점밀봉용 조성물.
