Claims (14)

  1. 60내지 78중량%의 SiO2, 10내지 25중량%의B2O3, 3.5 내지 6.0중량%의 R2O(여기에서 R2O는 Na2O, K2O 및/또는 Li2O를 나타낸다), 2.0 내지6.5중량%의 CeO2, 및 0.25 내지 8.0중량%의 Sb2O3및/또는 AS2O3로 이루어진 저급 알칼리 보로실리케이트 유리 조성물[여기에서 %는 유리조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 한다]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Sb2O3의 양이 0 내지 2.5중량%인 보로실리케이트 유리 조성물
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, AS2O3의 양이 0 내지 2.5중량%인 보로실리케이트 유리 조성물
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로 3중량%이하의 Al2O3및 /또는 ZrO2를 함유하는 보로실리케이트 유리조성물
  5. 제4항에 있어서 Al2O3의 양이 0.5 내지 3중량%이고, ZrO2의 양이 0 내지 2중량%인 보로실리케이트
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로 2중량% 이하의 TiO2를 함유하는 보로실리케이트 유리조성물
  7. 제6항에 있어서, TiO2의 양이 0.25 내지 2.0중량%이고, TiO2+CeO2의 총 양이 3.5 내지 7.0중량%인 보로실리케이트 유리조성물
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2O의 양이 4.5중량%인 보로실리케이트 유리조성물
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Li2O의 양이 0 내지 1.5중량%인 보로실리케이트 유리조성물
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Na2O의 양이 0내지 5.5중량%인 보로실리케이트 유리조성물
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, K2O의 양이 0내지 5.5중량%인 보로실리케이트 유리조성물
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로 5.0중량%이하의 ZnO를 함유하는 보로실리케이트 유리조성물
  13. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로 2.5중량%이하의 MgO, CaO, BaO 또는 SrO를 함유하는 보로실리케이트 유리조성물
  14. 60내지 78중량%의 SiO2, 10내지 25중량%의B2O3, 3.5 내지 6.0중량%의 R2O(여기에서 R2O는 Na2O, K2O 및/또는 Li2O를 나타낸다), 2.0 내지6.5중량%의 CeO2, 및 0.25 내지 8.0중량%의 Sb2O3및/또는 AS2O3로 이루어진 저급 알칼리 보로실리케이트 유리 조성물[여기에서 %는 유리조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 한다]로부터 제조된 태양전지용 보호덮개.
