Claims (7)

  1. 주로 하기 지시된 중량% 양의 하기 성분으로 구성되고 ZrO2+TiO2의 양이 0.3 내지 8중량%인 무연(lead-free) 유리 프릿 조성물 :

    알칼리 금속 산화물 4-19
    ZrO20-3
    TiO20-5
    ZnO 0-6
    CaO 0-4
    SrO 0-15
    BaO 0-19
    Al2O30-4

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지시된 성분이 하기 지시된 중량%로 존재하는 조성물.

  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 산화물이 산화 나트륨, 산화칼륨 및 산화리튬으로 구성된 군에서 선정되고 또 조성물에 존재하는 각 성분이 3.0중량% LiO2, 15.0중량% K2O 및 19.0중량% Na2O의 최대 농도로 존재하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Na2O가 알칼리 금속 산화물 농도의 적어도 50중량%를 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, ZrO2및 TiO2모두가 존재하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 주로 하기 지시된 중량% 양의 하기 성분으로 구성된 조성물 :

    Na2O 6.35
    ZnO 2.99
    ZrO21.42
    NO23.04
  7. (a) 유리 프릿이 주로 하기 지시된 중량% 양의 하기 성분으로 구성되고 ZrO2+TiO2양이 0.3 내지 8중량%가 되도록 원료를 적당량 혼합하고; (b) 이 원료를 1000 내지 1300℃에서 용융시키며; 또 (c) 이 용융물로부터 프릿을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 무연 프릿 조성물의 제조방법.
