Claims (6)
- 용융시, (a) 20-50중량 % BaO (b) 30-60중량 % SiO2(c) 2-20중량 % TiO2(d) 0-16중량 % K2,O (e) 0-4중량 % Na2O (f) 0-4중량 % Li2O (g) 0-10중량 % Al2O3(h) 0-3중량 % B2O3(i) 0-3중량 % As2O3(J) 0-10중량% CaO (k) 0-3중량 % CeO2(l) 0-10중량 % MgO (m) 0-3중량 % F2(n) 0-3중량 % N2O5(o) 0-3중량 % PbO (p) 0-3중량 % P2O5(q) 0-3중량 % Sb2O3(r) 0-3중량 % SnO2(s) 0-10중량 % SrO (t) 0-7중량 % Zno (u) 0-10중량 % ZrO2및 (v) 0-3중량 % MoO3로 주로 이루어진(이때 총중량%는 약 100중량%임) 산화물 혼합물을 형성하는 물질들의 혼합물을 용융시며 균질 용융물을 생성시키고, 상기 용융물을 급냉시켜 프릿을 형성시키고 이 프릿을 연소시키므로써 제조된 부분적으로 실투된 법랑도기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융 혼합물이 (a) 25내지 45중량 % BaO (b) 35내지 50중량% SiO2및 (c) 4내지 10중량% TiO2를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용융 혼합물이 (d) 0내지 12중량% K2O (g) 2내지 8중량 % Al2O3(j) 0내지 5중량 % CaO (l) 0내지 5중량 % MgO (s) 0내지 5중량 % SrO (w) 0내지 5중량 % ZnO(w) 0 내지 5중량% ZrO2을 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Li2O, Na2O 및 K2O중에서 선택된 산화물 중 적어도 두개가 용융물중에 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융 혼합물이 (a) 33중량 % BaO (b)37.6중량 % SiO2(c) 7.0중량 % TiO2(d) 13중량 % K2O (e) 3.3중량 % Na2O (g) 6.0중량 % Al2O3(i) 0.1중량% As2O3및 (n) 1.25중량 % N2O5을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나의 부분적으로 실투된 법랑으로 피복된 금속 기질인 전자회로 제조에 적합한 피복 기질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
