Description
SiO2源として微粉珪砂を、B2O3源としてほう酸を、ZnO源として亜鉛華を、Bi2O3源として酸化ビスマスを、Al2O3源として酸化アルミニウムを、Li2O源として炭酸リチウムを、K2O源として炭酸カリウムを、Na2O源として炭酸ナトリウムを、ZrO2源として酸化ジルコニウムを、BaO源として炭酸バリウムを、CaO源として炭酸カルシウムを、SrO源として炭酸ストロンチウムを使用した。これらを所望の無鉛ガラス組成となるべく調合したうえで、白金ルツボに投入し、電気加熱炉内で1000〜1300℃、1〜2時間で加熱溶融して表1のZnO 0〜9.1を含む実施例1、2、4及びZnO 0〜12とZrO 2 を1.1〜5を含む実施例3、5〜8、表2の比較例1〜6に示す組成のガラスを得た。
無鉛ガラス組成および、各種試験結果を表に示す。

Bi2O3 35〜75
Li2O,Na2O,K2Oのうちから選択される少なくとも一種 0〜8
ZnO 0〜9.1
からなることを特徴とする、耐酸性を有する無鉛ガラス。 - 質量%で表して、
SiO 2 12〜35
B 2 O 3 3〜20
Bi 2 O 3 35〜75
Li 2 O,Na 2 O,K 2 Oのうちから選択される少なくとも一種 0〜8
ZnO 0〜12
ZrO 2 1.1〜5
からなることを特徴とする、耐酸性を有する無鉛ガラス。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のガラス材料の粉末とセラミックス粉末のフィラーからなることを特徴とする無鉛ガラス組成物。
- ガラス材料の粉末が60〜99質量%でセラミックス粉末のフィラーが1〜40質量%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無鉛ガラス組成物。
- 30℃〜300℃における平均線熱膨張係数が(65〜95)×10−7/℃、軟化点が500℃以上600℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の、耐酸性を有する無鉛ガラス組成物。
- 請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項の無鉛ガラス組成物を使用することを特徴とする電界放出型ディスプレイ用パネル。
- 請求項3乃至5のいずれかの1項の無鉛ガラス組成物を使用することを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイ用パネル。
- 請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項の無鉛ガラス組成物を使用することを特徴とする電子材料用基板。
