Description
Claims (3)
- 重量百分率でSiO2を5〜25(%)、B2O3を4〜30(%)、ZnOを7〜30(%)、Bi2O3を15〜70(%)、Al2O3を0〜15(%)、BaOを5〜20(%)、ZrO2を0.4〜1.5(%)の範囲内で含み、実質的に鉛を含まないことを特徴とする耐酸性を有するガラス組成物。
- プラズマディスプレイパネルの白色誘電体層に用いられるものである請求項1のガラス組成物。
- 前記請求項1または請求項2のガラス組成物と、無機フィラーと、ビヒクルとを含み、焼成後の誘電率が20以下であることを特徴とするガラスペースト。
