Claims (6)
- 비수용성 운반체에서 입자 산화물 하나 이상의 유체현탁액이 생성물을 위한 최종 형태로 주조되고, 이러한 형태에서 겔화되고, 최종적으로 축소외의 형태의 변화없이 건조되고, 현탁액은 하나이상의 분산제를 포함하고 현존하는 분산제의 양은 약 48시간 이상의 기간동안 현탁액의 겔화를 지연시키기에 충분하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 입자산화 현탁액의 직접 주조에 의해 유리 또는 세라믹 생성물을 성형하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 산화물은 SiO2,Al2O3,TiO2,ZrO2,SnO2,P2O5,GeO2및 B2O3로부터 선택된 하나이상의 산화물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 산화물은 SiO2-B2O3, SiO2-GeO2및 SiO2-P2O5으로부터 선택된 다성분산 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느한항에 있어서, 비-수용성 운반체가 메탄올 또는 클로로포름임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느한항에 있어서, 분산제가 스테아르산 또는 스테아릭 알코올 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느한항에 있어서, 분산제가 C3-C10을 함유하는 보통 알코올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
