Claims (6)

  1. 비수용성 운반체에서 입자 산화물 하나 이상의 유체현탁액이 생성물을 위한 최종 형태로 주조되고, 이러한 형태에서 겔화되고, 최종적으로 축소외의 형태의 변화없이 건조되고, 현탁액은 하나이상의 분산제를 포함하고 현존하는 분산제의 양은 약 48시간 이상의 기간동안 현탁액의 겔화를 지연시키기에 충분하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 입자산화 현탁액의 직접 주조에 의해 유리 또는 세라믹 생성물을 성형하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 입자 산화물은 SiO2,Al2O3,TiO2,ZrO2,SnO2,P2O5,GeO2및 B2O3로부터 선택된 하나이상의 산화물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 입자 산화물은 SiO2-B2O3, SiO2-GeO2및 SiO2-P2O5으로부터 선택된 다성분산 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느한항에 있어서, 비-수용성 운반체가 메탄올 또는 클로로포름임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느한항에 있어서, 분산제가 스테아르산 또는 스테아릭 알코올 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 4항중 어느한항에 있어서, 분산제가 C3-C10을 함유하는 보통 알코올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
