Claims (1)

  1. 산화규소를 주성분으로 하는 유리미립자 집합체를 가열 처리해서 광파이버용 투명유리모재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 유리미립자 집합체를 탈수하고, 불순물을 제거하기 위한 제1열처리를 실시하며, 이어서 적어도 불소 내지 불소화합물을 함유하는 가스분위기 중에서 불소를 첨가하기 위한 제2열처리를 실시하고, 최후로 투명유리화하기 위한 제3열처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 유리모재의 제조방법.
