제1도 내지 제3도는, 소결체를 N2분위기하에서 가열처리할때의 온도, 유지시간과, 연신공정에서의 유리체속의 기포발생수, 피아버화한것의 OH 흡수로스와의 관계를 나타낸 그래프로서, 제1도는 온도 800℃에서, 본 발명 조건에서 유효한 범위를 나타내고,
제2도 600℃,
제3도는 1200℃의 경우를 나타낸다.
Claims (3)
- 유리로드의 외주에 유리미립자를 퇴적시켜서 다공질유리모재를 합성하고, 이 다공질모재를 He분위기에서 소결하며 투명유리화한후에, 얻어진 소결체를 불활성가스(He를 제외함)의 분압 0.8기압이상의 분위기에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용모재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리로드가 클래드함유는 코어모재인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용모재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성가스(He를 제외함)의 분압 0.8기압이상의 분위기에서의 열처리가 800~1000℃의 온도범위내에서 120~360분간 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용모재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
