Claims (1)

  1. 원료가스를 반응시켜서 유리미립자 집합체로 하고, 이 미립자 집합체를 소결하여 투명유리체로 하는 광전송용 유리파이버의 제조법에서 상기 미립자 집합체를 염소 혹은 염소화합물을 함유하는 실질적인 산소가스의 분위기 속에서, 이 미립자 집합체의 수축이 현저하게 되지 않는 온도영역에서 미리 탈수처리하는 제1가열과정, 이어서 유리화 온도까지 승온하는 제2가열과정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 유리모재의 소결 방법.
