제6도는 본 명명에 있어서의 유리원료 배치가 이루어진 예를 모식적으로 표시한예
Claims (3)
- 유리 원료 및 연소가스를 버어너 내에서 혼합연소시켜서, 유리미립자를 적층시키고, 그후 이것을 소결 투명화하여, 광파이버용 프리포옴을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 유리 원료로서 다중관버어너 중심부에 SiCl4를 그 외층에 SiCl4보다도 반응열이 높은 Si의 수소화합물을 흐르게함으로서, 다공질 유리모재 외주부의 부피밀도를 제어하면서, 유리미립자를 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 프리포옴의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, SiCl4의 외층에 흐르는 Si의 수소화합물을, SiHCl3또는 SiH4로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 프리포옴의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리원료로서, 버어너 중심부에 SiCl4, 그 외층에 SiHCl3, 또 그 외층에 SiH4를 흘리는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 프리포옴의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 :최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
