제3도는 본 발명에 의해서 작성한 유리모재의 굴절률분포도.
제4도는 종래법을 설명하는 개략도.

Claims (2)

  1. 외피에 염소를 함유하는 석영유리 및 중심에 굴절률을 높으게 하는 성분을 함유하는 석영유리를 가지고 이루어진 유리봉을 줄발재로 하고, 버어너에 석영유리원료와 염소를 함유하는 유리를 도입해서 화염가수 분해반응에 의해 석영유리미립자를 합성하고, 이 석영유리미립자를 상기 출발재에 뿜어붙여서 이 석영유리 미립자와 유리봉의 복합제를 얻고, 이 복합체를 가열용융해서 중실화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 싱글모우드파이버용 유리모재의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염소를 함유하는 가스로서, 염소가스, 염화티오닐가스 4염화탄소가스의 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 이루어진 가스 또는 상기 가스의 1종 또는 2종 불활성가스를 첨가해서 이루어진 가스를 사용하는 싱글모우드파이버용 유리모재의 제조방법.
