Claims (2)
- 외피에 염소를 함유하는 석영유리 및 중심에 굴절률을 높으게 하는 성분을 함유하는 석영유리를 가지고 이루어진 유리봉을 줄발재로 하고, 버어너에 석영유리원료와 염소를 함유하는 유리를 도입해서 화염가수 분해반응에 의해 석영유리미립자를 합성하고, 이 석영유리미립자를 상기 출발재에 뿜어붙여서 이 석영유리 미립자와 유리봉의 복합제를 얻고, 이 복합체를 가열용융해서 중실화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 싱글모우드파이버용 유리모재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염소를 함유하는 가스로서, 염소가스, 염화티오닐가스 4염화탄소가스의 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 이루어진 가스 또는 상기 가스의 1종 또는 2종 불활성가스를 첨가해서 이루어진 가스를 사용하는 싱글모우드파이버용 유리모재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
