Claims (1)

  1. 적어도 GeO2-SiO2계 유리미립자로 이루어진 다공질모재를 탈수하고, 그후 투명유리화하는 방법에 있어서, 상기모재를 적어도 불소게가스를 함유하는 산소가스 분위기 속에서 상기 모재의 급격한 수축이일어나지 않는 온도 영역에서 가열하는 탈수공정, 이어서, 주로 He가스로 이루어진 분위기 속에서 이 모재를 투명유리화 하는데 충분한 온도 영역에서 가열하는 투명화 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 유리모재의 제조방법.
