Claims (10)

  1. 분말물질로서 성형한 예비 성형체(10)를 가스압력매체로 아이소스태틱 프레 싱하여 분말물질의 물품을 제조하는데 있어, 유리 또는 가열시 유리를 형성하는 물질의 케이싱(13)을 예비 성형체에 구비하고, 케이싱의 내측 예비 성형체에 케이싱으로부터 융체 형태의 유리가 예비 성형체로 침투하는 것을 방지하는 분말물질의 중간층(12)을 배치하며, 가열하여 유리 케이싱을 가스 불침투성으로 한 다음, 예비 성형체를 아이소스태틱 프레싱하는 동시에 소결하는 방법으로서, 상기 중간층이 Al2O-SiO 나 이상의 중간상으로 된 층, 또는 이러한 하나 이상의 중간상을 주 구성하므로 포함하는 층을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 아이소스태틱 프레싱에 의한 분말물질 물품의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중간상 또는 중간상들이 물라이트 3Al2O3.2SiO2, 실리마나이트 Al2O3.SiO2, 또는 키아나이트 Al2O3.SiO2중에서 하나 이상으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 아이소스태틱 프레싱에 의한 분말물질 물품의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중간층이 중간상 또는 중간상들의 용융 온도나 분해 온도 아래의 온도에서 사용됨을 특징??로 하는 아이소스태틱 프레싱에 의한 분말물질 물품의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층 내측의 예비 성형체 위에 적어도 주부가 질화붕소로 구성되는 층이 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 아이소스태틱 프레싱에 의한 분말물질 물품의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층 내측의 예비 성형체 위에 적어도 주부가 흑연 또는 황화몰리브덴으로 구성되는 층이 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 아이소스태틱프레싱에 의한 분말물질 물품의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 중간층에 중간상에 중간상과 반응하지 않거나 단지 미약하게 반응하는 산화알루미늄, 산화지르코늄, 붕화티탄, 질화붕소, 또는 석영유리와 같은 분말 첨가제가 포함됨을 특징으로 한는 아이소스태틱 프레싱에 의한 분말물질 물품의 제조방법.
  7. 제4항 및 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층과 중간층 내측에 비치된 질화붕소층 간에 질화붕소 및 고융점 유리의 혼합물로 된 층이 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 아이소스태틱프레싱에 의한 분말물질 물품의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물품에서의 분말물질이 산화알루미늄 또는 산화알루미늄 기재의 세라믹으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 아이소스 태틱 프레싱에 의한 분말물질 물품의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물품에서의 분말물질이 산화지르코늄 또는 산화지르코늄 기재의 세라믹으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 아이소스태틱 프레싱에 의한 분말물질 물품의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물품에서의 분말물질이 이붕화티탄 또는 이붕화티탄 기재의 세라믹으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 아이소스태틱 프레싱에 의한 분말물질 물품의 제조방법.
