CONSTITUTION: This frit composition with a low dielectric constant and high electric insulation resistance for an enameled substrate provided with characteristics peculiar to an enameled substrate consists of 28W48% SiO2, 0W7% Zro2, 0.2W8% Al2O3, 0.5W15% ZnO, 0W33% BaO, 0W33% SrO, 0W10% CeO+MgO, 0W15% K2O, 0W10% TiO2, 5W15% B2O3, 0.3W5% NiO+MnO2+CoO, 0W4% Li2O+Na2O and F2 in an amount capable of bonding to 0W3% of the contained O2 while regulating CaO+MgO+BaO+SrO to 13W40% and ZrO2+TiO2 to 1W 15%.
