Abstract

PURPOSE: Colored frit glass having improved heat resistance, obtained by blending the first and the second glass powder consisting respectively of base preparation compositions and coloring preparation compositions, each having different compositions in a specific blending ratio.
CONSTITUTION: The first glass powder comprising ≥95wt% base preparation composition consisting of 45W60wt% SiO2, 20W30wt% B2O3, 4W10wt% (Li2+ K2O+Na2O), 0W15wt% PbO, 0W10wt% Al2O3, 1W20wt% (PbO+Al2O3), and 0W 10wt% (MgO+CaO+SrO+B2O), 0.5W5wt% main colorant consisting of Fe2O3, Co2O3, MnO, and Cu2O, and 0W2wt% auxiliary colorant consisting of As2O3, Sb2O3, and SnO. The second glass powder comprising ≥ 95wt% base preparation composition consisting of 60W80wt% SiO2, 10W20wt% B2O3, 1W5wt% (Li2O+K2O+Na2O), 0W15wt% PbO, 0W15wt% Al2O3, 1W20wt% (PbO+Al2O3), and 0W10wt% (MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO), 0.5W5wt% main coloarnt consisting of Fe2O3, Co2O3, MnO2, and Cu2O, and 0W2wt% auxiliary colorant consisting of As2O3, Sb2O3, and SnO. Both of the glass powder are blended in a weight ratio of (20/80)W(80/20).
