Claims (4)

  1. 복수의 워드선과, 복수의 비트선, 상기 워드선과 비트선이 교차하게 되는 것에 배치되는 불휘발성 트랜지스터로 이루어진 메모리셀, 외부로부터 입력되는 어드레스신호에 따라 상기 워드선을 선택 구동시켜 주게 되는 제1선택수단 및 외부로부터 입력되는 어드레스 신호에 따라 상기 비트선을 선택해 주게되는 제2선택 수단을 구비하여서 된 불휘발성 반도체기억장치에 있어서,
    제1외부단자에 입력되는 신호에 따라 테스트모우드를 설정해 주는 테스트모우드설정수단과, 상기 테스트모우드 설정수단에 의한 테스트모우드의 설정시 제2의부단자에 입력되는 신호가 제1위치로 되어 있을 때에는 상그 제1선택수단에 의한 모든 워드선의 선택동작을 금지시켜 주고, 이 신호가 제2위치로 되어있을 때에는 그때의 입력어드레스에 따른 상기 워드선이 구동되도록 상기 제1선택수단을 제어해 주는 제어수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 불휘발성 반도체기억장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이트모우드설정수단은 상기 제1외부단자에 입력되는 3가지 값의 신호 중 어느 하나의 값으로 되었을 때 테스트모우드를 설정해 주도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 불휘발성 반도체기억장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단이 제2외부단자로 입력되는 신호를 어드레스신호의 일부로서 디코드하도록 된 어드레스디코드회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 불휘발성 반도체기억장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 테스트모우드설정수단에 의한 테스트모우드의 설정시에 상기 제2외부단자로 입력되는 신호가 제1전위로 되어있을 때에는 상기 제1선택수단에 의한 모든 워드선의 선택동작을 금지하고, 더어미셀이 접속되어 있는 더어미워드선을 선택해 주도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 불휘발성 반도체기억장치.
