제1도는 본 발명에 따른 사계절 방사상-플라이(radial-ply) 공기 타이어 트래드의 부분평면도이다. 제2도는 제1도의 선 2-2를 따라 취한 제1도의 공기 타이어의 단면도이다. 제3도는 리브 보다는 오히려 중앙-원주 평면에 원주 홈을 갖는, 제1도와 유사한 타이어 트래드의 부분 평면도이다. 제4도는 제1 및 2도에 나타낸 트래드에서의 고무 블럭의 두벽의 교차선에 있는 챔퍼(chamfer)를 도시하는, 제1도에서 4-4 방향으로 절취한 부분 입면도이다. 제5도는 제1도에서 선 5-5를 따라 절취한 부분 단면의 입면도이며 제4도의 챔퍼가 고무 블럭을 한정하는 홈의 저부를 향하여 확장하는 방법을 나타낸다. 제6도는 제1도에서 6-6 방향으로 절취한 부분 단면의 입면도이며 고무 블럭들중의 하나를 둘러싸는 다른 홈 세그먼트의 평균 깊이에 비해 감소된 깊이의 홈세그먼트의 저부를 향하여 확장하는 챔퍼를 나타낸다.

Claims (9)

  1. 타이어는 (a) 방사상 카아커스 플라이, (b) 카아커스 플라이의 방사방향 외측에 위치한 벨트구조(이 벨트구조는 한겹이상의 코드를 포함하며, 타이어의 중앙-원주 평면에 대하여 17°내지 30°의 크기범위로, 양각도 및 음각도로 배열된 코드를 가짐), 및 (c) 벨트구조의 방사방향 외측에 위치하며 포장된 도로 표면상에 사용하기에 적합한 표면을 갖는 고무트래드(이트래드는 트래드 표면에서의 폭이 2mm이상인 홈을 가지며 트래드의 네트-대-그로스(net-to-gross) 비는 55% 이상이고, 홈은 이 홈에 의해 완전히 둘러싸이거나 또는 이 홈과 트래드 도로 접촉 표면의 측면 단부에 의해 둘러싸인 고무 블럭을 한정하며, 고무 블럭들은 트래드 둘레에 원주방향으로 분리되게 일정 간격을 갖는다)를 포함하며, 타이어 및 그의 트래드에 있어서 고무 블럭의 원주방향으로 일정간격을 가진 단부가 면취(面取)된 단부를 형성하는 각각의 홈의 저부를 향해 면취됨으로써 고무 블럭의 강성이 증가됨을 특징으로하는, 승용차 및 소형-차량용 사계절 방사상-플라이 공기타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 면취된 단부가 홈 세그먼트 벽의 교차에 의해 형성된 각을 포함함을 특징으로하는 사계절 공기 타이어.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각들이 고무블럭의 대향측면상에 있고 트래드 표면상에 양측방향 및 원주방향으로 분리되게 일정간격을 가짐을 특징으로하는 사계절 공기타이어.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 각이 예각임을 특징으로하는 사계절 공기 타이어.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 챔퍼(chamfer)가 각각의 홈의 저부로 확장됨을 특징으로하는 사계절 공기 타이어.
  6. 제2 또는 3항에 있어서, 각이 예각이며 챔퍼가 각각의 홈의 저부로 확장됨을 특징으로하는 사계절 공기 타이어.
  7. 제1,2 또는 3항중 어느하나에 있어서, 챔퍼가 타이어에 의해 발생된 소음 진동수의 폭을, 상기 챔퍼의 부재하에서의 이러한 진동 폭에 비하여, 감소시킴을 특징으로하는 사계절 공기 타이어.
  8. 제1,2 또는 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 챔퍼의 배열을 변화시킴으로써 트래드 마모 특성이 조절됨을 특징으로하는 사계절 공기 타이어.
  9. 제 1,2 또는 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 챔퍼의 배열을 조절함으로써 타이어의 소음 스펙트럼에 있어서의 바람직하지 못한 진동수 또는 진폭이 선택적으로 제거됨을 특징으로하는 사계절 공기 타이어.
