Claims (8)
- 조생성물 수용액의 수지상의 선택흡수에 의해 정제를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 한 안트라시클리는 글루코시드의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제할 조생성물을 함유하는 용액을 수지상에 흡수시키기 전에 pH3 내지 5로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡수를 위해 사용되는 수지를 폴리머/이온교환 흡수성수지 또는 카르복시메틸셀루로오즈로 이루어진 군에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단지 한종류의 수지를 사용하거나 또는 불순물의 특성에 따라서는 적합하게 선택된 순서로 사용된 여러 형태의 수지를 사용하고, 정제할 조생성물을 함유하는 용액을 수지상에 흡수시키는 것을 특징으로 한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제물질이 수지로부터 탈습되는 것을 특징으로 한 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수지로부터 정제물질의 탈습을 약산성수 또는 물과 극성용매와의 혼합물에 의해 용출시켜 행하는 것을 특징으로 한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지상의 선택흡수에 의한 정제가 발효법에 의해 수득된 안트라시클리논글루코시드와 이와 유사한 합성화합물을 둘 다 사용되어도 좋은 것을 특징으로 한 방법.
