- 모재 및 용접 금속이, 질량%로, C:0.3% 이하, Si:2% 이하, Mn:0.01∼3.0%, P : 0.04%를 넘고 0.3% 이하, S:0.03% 이하, Cr : 12∼30%, Ni:6∼55%, 희토류 원소:0.2%를 넘고 0.6% 이하, sol. Al:0.001∼3% 및 N:0.3% 이하를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지고, 또한 하기 (1)식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 용접 조인트.(Cr+1.5×Si+2×P)/(Ni+0.31×Mn+22×C+14.2×N+5×P)<1.388…(1)여기서 (1)식 중의 원소 기호는, 그 원소의 질량%로의 함유량을 나타낸다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,Fe의 일부를 대신하여, 질량%로, 하기 제1군 및 제2군 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를 더 함유하고, 또한 하기 (2)식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 용접 조인트.(Cr+1.5×Si+2×Nb+Ti+2×P)/(Ni+0.31×Mn+22×C+14.2×N+Cu+5×P)<1.388…(2)여기서 (2)식 중의 원소 기호는, 그 원소의 질량%로의 함유량을 나타낸다.제1군 : Mo : 5% 이하, W:10% 이하이고 또한 Mo+(W/2) : 5% 이하, Ti : 3%이하, Nb : 1.5% 이하, Ta : 8% 이하, V : 1.5% 이하, Zr : 1% 이하, Hf:1% 이하, B:0.03% 이하, Cu:3% 이하 및 Co:5% 이하의 1종 또는 2종 이상제2군:Ca:0.05% 이하 및 Mg : O.05% 이하의 1종 또는 2종
