Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 람스델라이트 구조의 금속 치환 리튬 티탄 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지용 부극 활성 물질.<화학식 1>Li(16/7)-xTi(24/7)-yMyO8(여기서, M은 Nb, Ta, Mo 및 W로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 원소이고, x 및 y는 각각 0<x<16/7 및 0<y<24/7 범위의 수임)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 x 및 y가 각각 0<x≤2.0 및 0<y≤2.0 범위의 수인 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 활성 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 x 및 y가 각각 0<x≤0.5 및 0<y≤0.5 범위의 수인 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 활성 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 치환 리튬 티탄 산화물이 Pnma로 대표되는 공간군의 결정계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 활성 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 부극 활성 물질을 함유하는 부극, 정극 및 상기 부극과 정극 사이에 설치된 비수전해질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 부극 활성 물질이 1 ㎛ 이하의 평균 입경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비수전해질 전지를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제7항에 기재된 전지팩을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차.
