Claims (10)
- 육방정(六方晶)구조를 갖는 페라이트상이 주상을 이루고,주상을 구성하는 금속원소의 구성비율이,조성식(1) : LaxCamα1-x-m(Fe12 - yCoy)z로 나타내었을 때,α는 Ba 및 Sr의 1종 또는 2종이며,x, m이, 도2에 나타내는 (x, m)좌표에 있어서, A:(0.53, 0.27), B:(0.64, 0.27), C:(0.64, 0.35), D:(0.53, 0.45), E:(0.47, 0.45) 및 F:(0.47, 0.32)로 둘러싸이는 영역 내의 값,1.3≤x/yz≤1.8,9.5≤12z≤11.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,(1-x-m)/(1-x)≤0.42인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,1.35≤x/yz≤1.75인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,1.4≤x/yz≤1.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,9.7≤12z≤10.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,10≤12z≤10.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 α는 Sr인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 α는 Ba인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 α는 Sr 및 Ba인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 자성재료는 페라이트 소결자석이고, Br+1/3HcJ가 6200이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
