Description
Claims (12)
- 육방정 질화 붕소를, 촉매 물질의 존재 하에서 입방정 질화 붕소의 열역학적 안정 영역 내에서 유지하여, 상기 육방정 질화 붕소를 입방정 질화 붕소로 상전이시키는 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법이며, 상기 촉매 물질은 리튬원, 마그네슘원 및 탄소원을 함유하고, 상기 촉매 물질 중의 원자비는 리튬 원자의 100 부에 대하여 마그네슘 원자가 5 내지 300 부의 범위이며 동시에 탄소 원자가 0.5 내지 30 부의 범위인 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 물질 중의 원자비가 리튬 원자의 100 부에 대해 마그네슘 원자가 100 내지 300 부의 범위인 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 물질 중의 원자비가 리튬 원자의 100 부에 대해 마그네슘 원자가 5 내지 85 부의 범위인 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬원은 금속성 리튬, 질화 리튬 및 질화 붕소 리튬으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘원은 금속성 마그 네슘, 질화 마그네슘 및 질화 붕소 마그네슘으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 육방정 질화 붕소는 1 질량% 이하의 산소 함량을 갖는 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄소원은 흑연, 카본 블랙, 비정질 탄소 및 탄화 수소 유기 화합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄소원은 분말의 형태로 되어 있는 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 육방정 질화 붕소 100 질량부에 상기 촉매 물질을 2 내지 50 질량부만큼 함유시키고, 이러한 촉매 물질을 함유하는 육방정 질화 붕소를 입방정 질화 붕소의 열역학적 안정 영역 내에 유지하여 상기 육방정 질화 붕소를 입방정 질화 붕소로 상전이시키는 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법.
- 육방정 질화 붕소를, 촉매 물질의 존재 하에서 입방정 질화 붕소의 열역학적 안정 영역 내에서 유지하여, 육방정 질화 붕소를 입방정 질화 붕소로 상전이시키는 입방정 질화 붕소의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 입방정 질화 붕소이며, 상기 촉매 물질은 리튬원, 마그네슘원 및 탄소원을 함유하고, 상기 촉매 물질 중의 원자비는 리튬 원자의 100 부에 대하여 마그네슘 원자가 5 내지 300 부의 범위이며 동시에 탄소 원자가 0.5 내지 30 부의 범위인, 입방정 질화 붕소.
