Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 정극 탭 및 부극 탭이 접속된 전기 디바이스 요소와,적어도 열융착 수지층을 포함하고, 해당 열융착 수지층끼리를 대향시켜서 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 포위하고, 대향한 상기 열융착 수지층끼리가 외주부에서 열융착됨에 의해, 상기 열융착된 영역을 열융착부로 함과 함께 그 내측의 공간을 전기 디바이스 요소 수납부로 하여, 상기 정극 탭 및 상기 부극 탭이 인출된 상태에서 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 밀봉한 외장 필름과,상기 열융착부의 일부의, 상기 정극 탭 및 상기 부극 탭이 인출된 변의 상기 정극 탭과 상기 부극 탭과의 사이, 또는 상기 정극 탭 또는 상기 부극 탭이 인출된 변과 다른 변에 마련된, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소 수납부의 내압 상승에 수반하여, 열융착된 상기 외장 필름의 박리가 다른 영역보다도 우선적으로 진행하는 압력 개방부를 가지며,상기 압력 개방부는, 한 부위가 상기 전기 디바이스 요소 수납부에 노출하고 다른 한 부위가 외기와 접하도록 연속한 영역에, 가교 처리된 수지로 이루어지는 가교 구조부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열융착부는, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소 수납부를 향하여 돌출한 돌출 융착부를 가지며, 상기 가교 구조부는 상기 돌출 융착부를 포함하는 범위에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 외장 필름에는, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소 수납부에 연통한 코우브 형상의 비 열융착 영역이 형성되도록 상기 열융착부가 형성되고, 상기 비열융착 영역에 상기 돌출 융착부가 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서,외기와 연통하며 또한 상기 전기 디바이스 요소 수납부와 연통하지 않는 가스 개방부를 상기 외장 필름의 외주부에 가지며, 상기 가교 구조부는 상기 외기와 접하는 다른 부위로서 해당 가스 개방부와 접한 영역을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 가스 개방부는, 대향하는 상기 외장 필름끼리가 열융착되지 않은 영역으로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 가스 개방부에 튜브가 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 튜브는 대향하는 상기 외장 필름에 끼워지고, 외주면이 상기 외장 필름과 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 튜브는 상기 열융착 수지와 동종의 수지로 이루어지고 열융착에 의해 상기 외장 필름과 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가교 구조부는, 상기 외장 필름의 열융착 수지층에 가교 처리를 시행함으로써 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가교 구조부는, 상기 외장 필름에 융착된, 가교 처리된 수지 시트에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 정극 탭 및 부극 탭이 접속된 전기 디바이스 요소와, 적어도 열융착 수지층을 포함하는 외장 필름으로 포위하고, 대향한 외장 필름의 외주부끼리를 열융착함에 의해, 열융착된 영역을 열융착부로 함과 함께 그 내측의 공간을 전기 디바이스 요소 수납부로 하고, 상기 정극 탭 및 상기 부극 탭이 인출된 상태에서 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 밀봉하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 제조 방법으로서,한 부위가 상기 전기 디바이스 요소 수납부에 노출하고 다른 한 부위가 외기와 접하도록, 상기 외장 필름의 상기 열융착부가 되는 영역의 일부가 연속한 영역에서, 대향하는 상기 외장 필름의 적어도 한쪽의, 상기 정극 탭 및 상기 부극 탭이 인출되는 변의 상기 정극 탭 및 상기 부극 탭 사이, 또는 상기 정극 탭 또는 상기 부극 탭이 인출된 변과 다른 변에, 가교 처리된 수지로 이루어지는 가교 구조부를 형성하는 공정와,상기 가교 구조부를 형성한 외장 필름으로, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 주위에서 상기 열융착 수지층이 대향하도록, 상기 정극 탭 및 상기 부극 탭이 상기 외장 필름으로부터 인출된 상태에서 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 포위하는 공정과,상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 포위한 상기 외장 필름의 외주부끼리를 열융착하고, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 밀봉함에 의해, 상기 가교 구조부가 형성된 영역을 포함하는 영역에, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소 수납부의 내압 상승에 수반하여, 열융착된 상기 외장 필름의 박리가 다른 영역보다도 우선적으로 진행하는 압력 개방부를 형성하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 가교 구조부를 형성하는 공정은, 상기 외장 필름의 상기 가교 구조부를 형성하여야 할 영역에 전자선을 조사하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 외장 필름을 열융착하는 것은, 외기와 연통하는 가스 개방부를, 상기 외장 필름의 외연으로부터 상기 가교 구조부의 상기 다른 한 부위에 걸쳐서 상기 외장 필름을 열융착하지 않은 영역을 마련함에 의해 형성하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 가스 개방부에 튜브를 접속하는 공정을 또한 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 튜브를 접속하는 공정은, 대향하는 상기 외장 필름 사이에 상기 튜브를 끼우고, 상기 튜브와 상기 외장 필름을 접착하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 가교 구조부를 형성하는 공정은, 상기 외장 필름의 열융착 수지층에 가 교 처리를 시행하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 가교 구조부를 형성하는 공정은, 상기 외장 필름에, 가교 처리된 수지 시트를 융착하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 제조 방법.
