Claims (18)
- 전해질로 이루어지는 전지 요소와,상기 전지 요소를 수용하고, 상기 전지 요소의 주위와의 접합면의 일부를 열융착하여 밀봉 형성하는 외장 필름과,열융착부의 일부에 상기 전지 요소 방향을 향하여 돌출하여 열융착 형성된 돌출 열융착부와,돌출 열융착부 및 인접하는 열융착부의 적어도 한쪽에 형성된 가스 방출부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스 방출부는 열융착부 중의 열융착되지 않은 부분에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스 방출부는 열융착부의 외주에 달하는 절입(incision)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스 방출부는 열융착부의 외주에 달하는 노치에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스 방출부는 상기 외장 필름에 구멍을 뚫음에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 돌출 열융착부 및 상기 가스 방출부는 전극 리드선을 도출하는 변에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 돌출 열융착부 및 상기 가스 방출부는 전극 리드선 도출부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 돌출 열융착부 및 상기 가스 방출부는 외장 필름의 모서리부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 돌출 열융착부 및 상기 가스 방출부는 상기 외장 필름의 변의 거의 중 앙에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스 방출부는 다른 열융착부보다도 내압 강도가 작은 밀봉부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부는 다른 열융착부보다도 낮은 온도로 열융착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부는 다른 열융착부보다도 융착 폭이 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부는 접착제 또는 수지에 의해 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 접착제 또는 상기 수지는 상기 전지 요소의 적어도 1성분에 의해 용해 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 접착제 또는 상기 수지는 상기 전지 요소의 적어도 1성분에 의해 분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부는 상기 가스 방출부를 테이프 또는 실로 피복함에 의해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장체.
- 외장 필름 내에 전지 요소를 수용하는 스텝과,전지 요소의 주위의 외장 필름의 접합면을 열융착하여 밀폐 형성하는 스텝과,접합면의 열융착과 동시에, 열융착부의 일부에 전지 요소 방향을 향하여 연속하는 돌출 열융착부를 열융착에 의해 형성하는 스텝과,돌출 열융착부 및 인접하는 열융착부의 적어도 한쪽에 가스 방출부를 형성하는 스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 돌출 열융착부를 열융착에 의해 형성하는 스텝은 가스 방출부를 돌출 열융착부의 형성과 동시에, 열융착부의 일부를 열융착하지 않음에 의해 형성하는 스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지의 제조 방법.
