Claims (11)
- 정극과 부극을 대향시킨 구조를 갖는 전지 요소와,적어도 열융착성 수지층과 금속 박막층이 적층된 라미네이트 필름을 갖고 있고, 상기 라미네이트 필름은, 상기 열융착성 수지층을 내측으로 하여 상기 전지 요소를 포위하면서 주연부가 테두리형상으로 열융착됨으로서 상기 전지 요소를 밀봉하는 라미네이트 필름을 가지며,상기 라미네이트 필름은, 상기 열융착된 테두리형상의 영역의 외주연은 가교되어 있지 않고, 적어도, 상기 라미네이트 필름의 열융착시에 상기 열융착성 수지가 상기 열융착성 수지의 융점 이상이 되며, 또한 상기 라미네이트 필름의 내부에 밀봉된 부재와 접촉한 영역에서, 상기 열융착성 수지층에 가교 구조가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열융착된 영역은, 상기 가교 구조가 형성된 영역의 외주연을 포함하는 영역에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정극 및 부극에는 각각 리드 단자가 상기 래미네이트 필름의 외부로 연장하여 내여서 접속되어 있고, 상기 래미네이트 필름의 내부에 밀봉된 부재는, 상기 전지 요소 및 상기 리드 단자의 일부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가교 구조는, 상기 래미네이트 필름에 전자선을 조사함에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 열융착성 수지층은, 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 열융자성 수지층은, 전자선 분해형의 수지에 전자선 반응성 화합물을 부가한 것임을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전지 요소는, 화학 전지 요소 또는 커패시터 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 정극과 부극을 대향시킨 구조를 갖는 전지 요소를, 적어도 열융착성 수지층과 금속 박모층이 적층된 라미네이트 필름으로, 상기 열융착성 수지층을 내측으로 하여 포위하고, 주연부를 테두리형상으로 열융착함으로써 밀봉하는 라미네이트 필름의 제조 방법으로서,상기 라미네이트 필음은, 상기 열융착된 영역의 외주연을 제외하고, 적어도, 상기 라미네이트 필름의 열융착시에 상기 열융착성 수지가 상기 열융착성 수지의 융점 이상이 되고, 또한 상기 라미네이트 필름의 내부에 밀봉된 부재와 접촉하는 영역에서, 상기 열융착성 수지층에 가교 구조를 형성하는 공정과,상기 전지 요소를 포위한 상기 라미네이트 필름의 주연부를 열융착하고, 상기 전지 요소를 밀봉하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 래미네이트 필름의 주연부를 열융착하는 공정은, 상기 가교 구조를 형성한 영역의 외주연을 포함하는 영역을 열융착하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 가교 구조를 형성하는 공정는,상기 래미네이트 필름의, 가교 구조를 형성하지 않는 영역을 마스크하는 공정과,상기 마스크된 래미네이트 필름에 전자선을 조사하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 가교 구조를 형성하는 공정에 앞서서, 상기 래미네이트 필름에, 상기 전지 요소를 수납하기 위한 오목부를 형성하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지의 제조 방법.
