Claims (5)
- 電荷を蓄える蓄電部と、
この蓄電部を収容する蓄電ケースとを備える蓄電デバイスであって、
前記蓄電ケースは、
前記蓄電部を囲むブロック状のケース外殻体と、
このケース外殻体の前端面と後端面にそれぞれ張り付けられるシート状のラミネートフィルムと、
前記ケース外殻体及び前記ラミネートフィルムによって画成され前記蓄電部を収容する蓄電室とを備え、
前記ラミネートフィルムは、
前記ケース外殻体に張り付けられるラミネートフィルム張り付け部と、
前記蓄電室に面するラミネートフィルム膜部とを有し、
前記ラミネートフィルム張り付け部は前記ケース外殻体の外面を囲む外側ラミネートフィルム張り付け部を有し、
前記外側ラミネートフィルム張り付け部は、前記ラミネートフィルム膜部に対して平行方向に延びる内側ラミネートフィルム張り付け部から曲折し、前記ケース外殻体の外面を囲むリング状に成形されることを特徴とする蓄電デバイス。 - 前記ケース外殻体の前記外面に前記外側ラミネートフィルム張り付け部を介して嵌合するリング状のケース枠体を備え、
前記ケース外殻体の前記外面と前記ケース枠体との間で外側ラミネートフィルム張り付け部を挟持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 請求項1または2に記載の前記蓄電デバイスを備え、
複数の前記蓄電デバイスが互いに並ぶモジュール蓄電体であって、
隣り合う前記蓄電デバイスのラミネートフィルム膜部が互いに当接することを特徴とするモジュール蓄電体。 - 互いに並ぶ前記蓄電デバイスを列方向に圧縮して保持する加圧保持具を備え、
前記蓄電デバイスは隣り合う前記ケース外殻体の間で前記ラミネートフィルム張り付け部が挟持されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のモジュール蓄電体。 - 前記蓄電デバイスは、前記蓄電部として複数の正極体及び負極体がセパレータを介して積層される積層体を備え、
この積層体が電解液と共に前記蓄電室に収容され、
前記正極体及び前記負極体に電気二重層によって電荷を蓄えるキャパシタセルを構成し、
複数の前記キャパシタセルが並ぶモジュール蓄電体であって、
前記加圧保持具によって圧縮されない自由状態において前記積層体の積層方向の幅を前記ケース外殻体の積層方向の幅より大きく形成し、
前記加圧保持具によって前記蓄電デバイスの積層体がその積層方向に圧縮される構成としたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のモジュール蓄電体。
