Description
また、本発明のフィルム外装電気デバイスは、2つの非融着部を、封止領域の周縁に沿った方向に互いに間隔をあけて設け、これら2つの非融着部の間に応力集中部を位置させている。これにより、応力集中部ではその両側から剥離が進行し、圧力開放部までの剥離が効果的に進行する。この場合、応力集中部は、2つの非融着部の外側の封止領域から、電気デバイス要素を包囲する空間に向かって突出した突出融着部として形成してもよいし、2つの非融着部の間に位置する島状融着部として形成してもよい。
また、本発明のフィルム外装電気デバイスは、電気デバイス要素と、前記電気デバイス要素を包囲して配された外装フィルムとを有し、前記電気デバイス要素の周囲で前記外装フィルムの対向面同士が熱融着されることによって、前記電気デバイス要素を封止する封止領域が形成されたフィルム外装電気デバイスにおいて、前記外装フィルムの非融着部を前記封止領域の少なくとも一箇所に前記電気デバイス要素を包囲する空間と連続しかつ該空間に対して入り江状に設け、これによって、前記空間の内圧上昇に伴う前記外装フィルムの膨張によって前記外装フィルムの熱融着している部位に生じる引き剥がし応力の集中する応力集中部を前記非融着部の両側の根元部分に位置させ、前記応力集中部の少なくとも一方に、前記外装フィルムの剥離により前記空間の内部と外部とを連通させる圧力開放部が設けられていることを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 電気デバイス要素と、前記電気デバイス要素を包囲して配された外装フィルムとを有し、前記電気デバイス要素の周囲で前記外装フィルムの対向面同士が熱融着されることによって、前記電気デバイス要素を封止する封止領域が形成されたフィルム外装電気デバイスにおいて、
前記外装フィルムの非融着部を前記封止領域の少なくとも一箇所に前記電気デバイス要素を包囲する空間と連続しかつ該空間に対して入り江状に設け、これによって、前記空間の内圧上昇に伴う前記外装フィルムの膨張によって前記外装フィルムの熱融着している部位に生じる引き剥がし応力の集中する応力集中部を前記非融着部に隣接して位置させ、前記応力集中部に、前記外装フィルムの剥離により前記空間の内部と外部とを連通させる圧力開放部が設けられているとともに、2つの前記非融着部が前記封止領域の周縁に沿った方向に互いに間隔をあけて設けられており、前記応力集中部は前記2つの非融着部の間に位置していることを特徴とするフィルム外装電気デバイス。 - 前記応力集中部は、前記2つの非融着部の外側の封止領域から前記空間に向かって突出した突出融着部として形成されている請求項1に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記突出融着部は、前記空間に向かって先細り形状となっている請求項2に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記応力集中部は、前記2つの非融着部の間に位置する島状融着部として形成されている請求項1に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 電気デバイス要素と、前記電気デバイス要素を包囲して配された外装フィルムとを有し、前記電気デバイス要素の周囲で前記外装フィルムの対向面同士が熱融着されることによって、前記電気デバイス要素を封止する封止領域が形成されたフィルム外装電気デバイスにおいて、
前記外装フィルムの非融着部を前記封止領域の少なくとも一箇所に前記電気デバイス要素を包囲する空間と連続しかつ該空間に対して入り江状に設け、これによって、前記空間の内圧上昇に伴う前記外装フィルムの膨張によって前記外装フィルムの熱融着している部位に生じる引き剥がし応力の集中する応力集中部を前記非融着部の両側の根元部分に位置させ、前記応力集中部の少なくとも一方に、前記外装フィルムの剥離により前記空間の内部と外部とを連通させる圧力開放部が設けられていることを特徴とするフィルム外装電気デバイス。 - 前記封止領域は、前記非融着部が設けられた箇所で外側にせり出して形成されている請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
