(1)−CH3、−CH2CH3などの炭素数1〜10のアルキル基(ただし、水素の一部または全部がフッ素などのハロゲン元素で置換されていてもよい);
(2)−OCH3、−OCH2CH3、−OC6H5、−OCH2OCH2CH3などの炭素数1〜10のアルコキシ基(ただし、水素の一部または全部がフッ素などのハロゲン元素で置換されていてもよい);
(3)−COOCH3、−COOCH2CH3、−COOC6H5などの炭素数1〜10のカルボキシル基(ただし、水素の一部または全部がフッ素などのハロゲン元素で置換されていてもよい);

正極活物質であるLiCoO2:92質量部、導電助剤であるアセチレンブラック:4質量部、およびバインダであるポリフッ化ビニリデン:4質量部を、NMPに均一に分散させて正極合剤含有ペーストを調製した。正極集電体となる厚みが20μmのアルミニウム箔の両面に、正極タブとなる部分を残して正極合剤含有ペーストを塗布し、乾燥させた後、厚みが120μmとなるようにプレスして、正極シートを作製した。
負極活物質であるメソカーボンマイクロビーズ:94質量部、およびバインダであるポリフッ化ビニリデン:6質量部を、NMPに均一に分散させて負極合剤含有ペーストを調製した。負極集電体となる厚みが10μmの銅箔の両面に、負極タブとなる部分を残して負極合剤含有ペーストを塗布し、乾燥させた後、厚みが110μmとなるようにプレスして、負極シートを作製した。
透気度が7s/100mlで、厚みが25μm、空孔率が70%のポリアリレート(融点:250℃)製の方形の不織布を、正極シートの上下に配して、図3に示すように、図中縦の2辺を2mm間隔で間欠溶着した。その際の溶着代は1mmとした。その後、不織布70と正極タブ31部分とをポリイミドテープ100で固定した。上記不織布70の上に、透気度が500s/100mlで、厚みが25μm、空孔率が54%の方形の共重合ポリプロピレン(融点:140℃)製多孔質フィルムを配し、図3に示すように、この多孔質フィルム80と不織布70とを、正極タブ31側の辺と対向する辺において、溶着代を1mmとして、2mm間隔で間欠溶着した。この際、多孔質フィルム80と不織布70との溶着と同時に、不織布70と正極シート下側の不織布も溶着した。すなわち、正極シートの上側の不織布70と下側の不織布とを、3辺で溶着したことになる。その後、図4に示すように、多孔質フィルム80の自由端を、ポリイミドテープ100(2mm×3mm)を用いて正極タブ31部分に固定した。このようにして得られた正極シートとセパレータの一体化物において、図3および図4中、a:3mm、b:1mmである。
積層電極群20の上側のラミネートシート11の内側に、耐熱材50、50を配置しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にしてラミネート形非水二次電池を作製した。
実施例1および比較例1の電池各5個を、0.8A(0.2C)の定電流および4.2Vの定電圧にて満充電にした後、温度60℃、相対湿度90%の環境下で30日間保存し、その後環境を室温に戻して、電池の漏液の有無を観察した。
実施例1および比較例1の電池各5個(高温多湿試験に供したものとは別の電池)を、0.8A(0.2C)の定電流および4.2Vの定電圧にて満充電にした。次に、これらの電池について、温度60℃で1時間保持し、1分で−10℃にし、−10℃で1時間保持し、更に1分で60℃に戻す一連の操作を240サイクル(20日)行った。その後、各電池を室温に戻して、漏液の有無を観察した。

Claims (4)
- 正極シートと負極シートとがセパレータを介して積層されてなる電極群が、方形のラミネートシート外装体に収容され、上記正極シートに接続された正極端子および上記負極シートに接続された負極端子が外部に突出している状態で、上記ラミネートシート外装体の3辺または4辺で溶着封止されてなるラミネート形非水二次電池であって、
上記電極群の上側のラミネートシートおよび/または上記電極群の下側のラミネートシートの電池内側の、溶着封止された辺同士が交差する角部の少なくとも一部における溶着部と非溶着部との境界部分に、耐熱材が配置されていることを特徴とするラミネート形非水二次電池。 - 耐熱材は、融点が200℃以上の材料で構成された、厚みが50〜100μmのシートである請求項1に記載のラミネート形非水二次電池。
- 耐熱材の構成材料が、ポリイミドおよび/またはポリフェニレンサルファイドである請求項2に記載のラミネート形非水二次電池。
- 耐熱材は、その片面に粘着材層を有している請求項2または3に記載のラミネート形非水二次電池。
